Hello Zulfiqar, I understand the discomfort you're experiencing with constant mucus in your throat and asthma. Ayurveda views respiratory issues like asthma as imbalances in the doshas, especially the Kapha dosha, which can lead to excess mucus and difficulty in breathing. It’s important to address the root causes of your condition, focusing on detoxifying the body, improving lung function, and balancing the immune system. To guide you better, could you share your recent reports, such as lung function tests, allergy tests, or any other treatments you've been using alongside the inhaler? Also, I would like to know about your diet, lifestyle, and any triggers that worsen your symptoms, as these factors play a crucial role in managing asthma and mucus buildup.
