"Iam suffering from insomnia plz advice as I take sleep medications and do not want to depend on medicines for sleep want to sleep naturally or with natural sleep supplements ".Which ones would you recommend would help to fall asleep faster and cure sleep issues.

Divya Medha Kwath - 300 grams Mix one teaspoon of medicine in 400 ml of water and boil, till it remains 100ml. Filter and drink on an empty stomach in the morning and evening. Divya Medha Vati - 40 grams Divya Brahmi Vati - 40 grams Take 1-1 tablet each half-an-hour after breakfast, and dinner with Lukewarm water. Chronic insomnia can be managed effectively with a combination of Ayurvedic remedies, lifestyle modifications, and relaxation techniques As you are already taking sleeping pills you may develop dependency on the pills for sleep so it's better to switch to ayurvedic medicine as earlier as possible It is advised to take following medicines 1. Manas Mitra vatakam 2 tablets crush and mix with warm milk take at bed time 2. Brahmi ghritham 1 tsp followed by warmwater before going to bed Lifestyle Modifications 1. Follow a Fixed Sleep Routine: Sleep and wake up at the same time daily. 2. Avoid Stimulants: Reduce caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol intake, especially in the evening. 3. Limit Screen Time: Avoid blue light exposure 1-2 hours before bedtime. Dietary Adjustments: 1. Have a light, warm dinner by 7-8 PM. 2. Drink Golden Milk (Turmeric + Nutmeg + Warm Milk) at night. Relaxation Techniques 1. Abhyanga (Oil Massage): Massage your feet and scalp with warm Brahmi or ksheerbala oil before bed. 2. Shirodhara (Oil Dripping Therapy): A professional Ayurvedic therapy that calms the nervous system. More tips enhancing your sleep quality 1.
