Hives problem - #20657

Hello doctor my name is prerna and I am having this Hives problem since last two years. I have change so many doctors Whenever I take medicine it gets cured and as soon as I stop taking medicine it happens again. Even I don't know the reason behind it I have done everything possible but result is zero I just lost all the hopes I don't know what to do now. Will it gone or i have to live with it forever. Please suggest me what to do Basically I am from meerut up Alopathy medicine I am taking Mr. Robin chugh is my current doctor He is dermatologist. He gave me medicine which I am taking from last one year But the thing is whenever I take medicine I got relief but when I stop taking the medicine it accure again.

For managing hives with internal medications you also have to modify your diet to prevent its relapse Also check your CBC , ESR, CRP, ANA PROFILE if not done in recent times Internal medications 1. Histantin 1 -0-1 after food 2. Sherisharistham 30ml-0- 30ml after food Foods to Avoid 1. Histamine-rich foods: Aged cheese, yogurt, fermented foods, Vinegar, pickles, soy sauce Alcohol (especially wine and beer) Processed meats (sausages, salami) 2. Histamine-releasing foods: Strawberries, citrus fruits, tomatoes, bananas Eggplant, avocado, spinach 3. Allergens: Shellfish, nuts, eggs, and milk (common allergens) 4. Food additives: Artificial colorings, preservatives (like benzoates, sulfites), and flavor enhancers (MSG) Foods to Include (Soothing & Supportive): 1. Anti-inflammatory foods: Turmeric (with black pepper), ginger Leafy greens, sweet potatoes, berries (if tolerated) 2.
