Avoid junks, oily foods, untimely food habits and sleep routine, avoid diary products. Take healthy and highly water content fruits and vegetables, lots of water Proper hair wash are must If you are having chronic issue, you have to do proper sodhana therapies to avoid recurrent. Only apply recommended oil for 30 to 25 mins before hair wash. Then use good hair hydrating shampoo as u like. Apply Bruhat dantapala kera tailam for external on alternative days on severe conditions and slow down if conditions gets reduced then apply it to twice to thrice a week later....
