liver cancer treatment - #20930
hello dr, here one of my relative is suffering from liver cancer and here is his reports USG ABDOMEN LIVER: Measures 14 cm, normal in size and shows coarse echotexture with surface irregularity. No focal parenchymal lesion noted. Intrahepatic biliary radicles are normal. Well-defined isogenic to hyperechogenic lesion in segment VIII of liver measuring 3 x 3 cm PORTAL VEIN: Dilated, measures 13 mm. CBD: Dilated, measures 10 mm. GALLBLADDER: Status post cholecystectomy. SPLEEN: Measures 11.5 cm, normal in size with normal echopattern. PANCREAS: Visualized portion of pancreas appears normal in size and echotexture. No ductal dilatation. No calcifications / calculi. No peripancreatic fluid collection. KIDNEYS: Normal in size with smooth contours. Parenchymal echotexture normal. Corticomedullary differentiation well maintained. No hydronephrosis. Right kidney measures 10 x 4.7 cm. Simple cortical cyst measuring 1.2 x 1.2 cm noted in upper pole. Left kidney measures 10.8 x 4.8 cm. URINARYBLADDER: Partially distended. No evidence of wall thickening / calculus. PROSTATE: Normal in size and echotexture, volume 23 cc. No free fluid in the abdomen. IMPRESSION: ·Changes of chronic liver parenchymal disease with mildly dilated portal vein. ·Well-defined isogenic to hyperechogenic lesion in segment VIII of liver. ·Dilated CBD. ·Right renal simple cortical cyst. this is the report showing his condition he was currrently taking chemotherapy treatment for the past 4 months and he have undergone the chemotherapy section for once and actually his condition is not good since 5 yrs we lately responded to it because of few doctore false recognition we couldnt respond it faster now after we took an mri on some recomendtion of few people then we found out he is having a fatty liver and after we went to a hospital best in kakinada there they did some tests which showed us liver cirrhosis and later confirmed it is cancer and we went to aig hospital for treatment of 1 single cyst but durinf the treatment we found multiple cyst and they said chemotherapy is best and also they said acc to his age liver transplantation is very risky and they did a section for him we could see some complications after they returned home and after that he is good and now he is again suffering from lose of apetite and he is very tired all the time and now we are thinking that if is there anything related to ayurveda which could help him treat his conditon than chemo ofc we want to combine both if possible and we recently have known about punarjan hospital and is this really good for us and can u tell some methods which ca reduce th loss of apetite
