In Ayurveda, kidney and bladder stones are often associated with an imbalance in the Vata and Kapha doshas, leading to the accumulation of toxins (ama) and improper functioning of the urinary system. To support kidney and bladder health, you can try herbs like Gokshura and Punarnava, which help to break down stones, reduce inflammation, and promote urination. Drinking warm water with a pinch of turmeric and cumin seeds can help soothe the urinary tract and reduce burning sensations. A diet that avoids spicy, acidic, or heavy foods and includes cooling, hydrating foods like cucumbers and coconut water can help ease the discomfort. Additionally, regular intake of barley water and proper hydration helps flush out toxins. It’s also important to practice stress reduction techniques like yoga and meditation to help balance the body's energy. However, it is advisable to consult an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner to create a personalized treatment plan based on your condition.

Sounds like you've definitely been through a lot with this kidney bladder stone issue. It's tough dealing with the discomfort and the frustration of everything, especially if you're hoping to avoid surgery. Ayurveda is really all about balance and helping your body do its job in the most natural way possible. First things first, let's talk about diet. Staying hydrated is key, but not just with any liquids—stick to warm, boiled water if you can. It's believed to help flush out the system more gently. You can try mixing in a teaspoon of lemon juice with some honey in warm water first thing in the morning too. It's common in Ayurveda to support the kidneys—kind of a tangy way to start the day but worth a shot. You're also gonna want to be mindful of what you're eating. Avoid heavy, hard-to-digest foods that increase the kapha dosha, like dairy and anything too oily or fried. Go for more naturally astringent and bitter veggies—like bitter gourd if you can handle it. These help balance out your body's tissues and metabolism a lil' better. When it comes to specific herbs, Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris) can be of assistance, known to support urinary health. You might find it as a supplement or powder, but definitely chat with an Ayurveda doc nearby about the right dosage for your constitution. Sometimes too much of a good thing can be a problem too. Don't ignore your body's signals, though—if the burning and bleeding worsen, that might be a sign to seek another doctor's advice urgently. I know it ain't easy, but sometimes those medical practitioners can provide a little relief in the right ways. Try to practice gentle activities like yoga and meditation to keep yourself relaxed, because stress over time? It doesn't do anyone any favors. Slow, flowing kinds of yoga postures might just give a little nudge to get stuff moving without being too extreme. And as we embrace the Ayurvedic path, let's always remember safety first okay—if it feels like too much, do keep medical interventions in mind. Your health matter more than anything. Stay safe and take care.
