It seems like you're experiencing difficulty breathing when you stop taking your medication, which could indicate an ongoing issue with your respiratory system, such as asthma or another lung condition. In Ayurveda, this could be related to an imbalance in the Vata dosha, which governs the respiratory system and breathing. To support your breathing and overall lung health: Herbs: You can consider Ayurvedic herbs like Tulsi (Holy Basil), Vasaka (Malabar Nut), and Sitopaladi Churna, which are known for their respiratory benefits and help soothe the lungs. Breathing Exercises: Pranayama, especially Anulom Vilom (alternate nostril breathing) and Kapalbhati (breath of fire), can help improve lung function and ease breathing. These exercises can strengthen the lungs and support better oxygen flow. Diet: Include warm, easily digestible foods in your diet. Avoid cold, dry, and heavy foods that can aggravate Vata. Include honey, ginger, and turmeric in your diet as they have natural anti-inflammatory properties that can help soothe the respiratory system. Lifestyle: If you feel breathless, avoid excessive physical exertion, and ensure that your environment is free of irritants such as dust or pollution. You can use essential oils like eucalyptus or peppermint in a diffuser to open up the airways. It’s important to follow up with your doctor to ensure that your condition is being managed properly and consider consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner for more tailored remedies alongside your current treatment plan.

Haan, asthma kabhi-kabhi aise hi behave karta hai. Jab tak aap medicine lete ho, symptoms controlled rehte hain, lekin jese hi stop karte ho, wheezing aur saans lene mein dikkat shuru ho jati hai. Asthma mein regular treatment necessary hai, but problemo ko jad se samajhne ke liye Ayurveda kuch aur cheezen suggest kar sakti hai. Pehle toh apni aahaar aur jeevan shaili mein kuch changes try karo. Aahar mein garam aur taze khana shamil karke dekho, jaise ki ghee, adrak wali chai, aur har din tulsi ke patte ka consumption. Thode se hing aur ajwain ko bhi recipes mein add karo; ye aapke agni ko prabal karke toxins ko reduce karne mein madad kar sakte hain. Kabhi kabhi, dhyaan do ki aapki saatvik bhojan lena essential rahega. Bhari aur processed khana avoid karo. Cold drinks and ice creams toh bilkul thik nahi hai, kyunki ye kapha ko aggravate kar sakte hain, jo aapki breathing aur bhi complicated bana dete hain. Nahi bhoolna chahiye ki pranayama jese breathing exercises thrice a week incorporate karna bhi beneficial hoga. Anulom-vilom aur kapalbhati se respiratory system strong banega aur breathing improve ho sakti hai. Raat ko sonese pehle hafte mein ek do baar eucalyptus tel ki steam le sakte ho. Lekin agar situation worsen ho rahi ho ya severe attack lage toh please immediate doctor ki salah lena zaroori hai. Wo baat toh samajh hi gaye hoge. Koi bhi suggestion sirf supportive rah sakta hai, lekin in case of emergencies, modern medicine is absolutely necessary. Thoda patience aur persistence se chaloge toh saas ke is mausam ko manage karna mumkin ho sakta hai.
