Helped with my knee stiffness after morning walks, especially in winter. I take it after food and feels ok on stomach. Bit bitter in taste but manageable with warm water. Started working slowly after 10–12 days. No side effects till now. Bottle was sealed well and expiry was far, so happy with that.
