My father takes it for joint pain and stiffness in legs, especially during colder days. It takes some weeks but gives good relief when used daily. No bad aftertaste, easy to swallow. Bottle came well packed. We noticed slight dryness in mouth first week, but it settled. He takes it after lunch, seems to work better that way.

Tablets are big but not hard to swallow. Started noticing some relief in stiffness after 2 weeks, mostly in mornings. Smell is mild herbal, doesn’t feel acidic. Came in good condition, blister was properly sealed. Ok only if looking for quick effect, needs regular use.
