Helps after long hours
I take this after long desk work and it helps with back and neck pain. Tablet is small and easy to swallow. Smell is mild. Slight effect in 3 days, full relief by 2nd week. No side effects seen. Pack was intact, expiry also far.

Useful during recovery
Started taking after post-viral weakness on doctor’s advice. Bit hard to swallow due to size, but no bitterness. Body pain reduced slowly, energy came back gradually. Took it daily with warm water in morning. No side effects noticed. Packing was neat and fresh batch received.
