Considering your symptoms, it seems there may be an imbalance in your digestive fire, or agni, as well as a possible vata and pitta dosha imbalance. Your digestive issues and weight concerns might be connected to weak absorption and a disturbed digestive process. First, let’s start with some dietary recommendations. Focus on easily digestible food that nourishes and strengthens agni: 1. Start your day with a glass of warm water with a slice of ginger. This can help in stimulating digestion and easing gas. 2. Include kitchari, a mix of rice and mung dal, in your meals. This is light on the stomach yet very nutritious. Add a pinch of asafoetida (hing) and cumin to enhance digestion and reduce gas. 3. Cook with spices like coriander, turmeric, fennel, and cardamom. They aid digestion and can help in balancing doshas. 4. Avoid cold, raw, and processed foods. Prefer warm and freshly cooked meals to enhance digestive power and absorption of nutrients. For the fatigue you're experiencing, Ashwagandha can be helpful. It is known to strengthen the body and relieve stress. You might take 1 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with warm milk before bedtime, it can support energy levels and aid better sleep. Regarding the white discharge, which could indicate an imbalance in your reproductive tissue or 'Shukra Dhatu', try consuming Triphala powder at night. A small amount (1 teaspoon) with lukewarm water can improve digestion and internal cleansing. Working on stress levels is crucial too. Practicing yoga and Pranayama for at least 15-20 minutes a day can bring significant improvement in both mental and physical wellbeing. Lastly, it might be beneficial to consult with an ayurvedic practitioner for personalized medicaments and to ensure no underlying issues are present. If things persistently worsen, don’t hesitate to seek immediate medical advice to rule out any serious conditions.
