Doctor information
Experience:
3 years
Education:
Vaidyaratnam ayurveda college
Academic degree:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
Area of specialization:
I am focused on treating musculoskeletal pathologies, skin disorders, PCOD, and a range of reproductive health issues using an Ayurvedic approach that looks at the whole system, not just one complaint. Many people come with chronic joint pain, stiffness, or degenerative changes that slowly limit daily movement, and I try to address the underlying imbalance rather than only masking pain, which rarely helps long term. Skin conditions are often connected to digestion, hormones, or stress levels, and I usually explain how internal factors reflect on the skin, though sometimes patients find it surprizing at first. In cases of PCOD and reproductive concerns, my aim is to support hormonal balance, cycle regularity, and overall vitality, because these issues can feel confusing and exhausting for many women, not just physical but emotional too My approach is practical, individualized, and grounded in classical principles, even if progress happens gradualy. I prefer simple, sustainable plans instead of strict routines people cant follow. The goal is steady improvement in comfort, function, and well-being, not quick temporary fixes!!
Achievements:
I am a BAMS graduate, formally trained in Ayurvedic medicine and classical healing sciences, which gave me a strong foundation in diagnosis, pharmacology, and holistic patient care. The course was intensive and demanded deep study of traditional texts as well as clinical application, and it shaped how I look at chronic disease and lifestyle disorders today. I still feel there is always more to learn, but this training grounded my practice in authentic principles of Ayurveda, not shortcuts or trends, which matters alot to me!!

I am an Ayurvedic doctor from Kerala, deeply passionate about making authentic Ayurveda healing accesible to everyone who truly needs it. Over the past two years, I have worked as both a Consultant and Medical Officer, and that experience have shaped the way I approach patients — less as cases, more as people trying to hold their life together while dealing with pain or long-term illness. My primary focus is on managing joint disorders, degenerative conditions, chronic neurological ailments, PCOD, and a wide range of lifestyle diseases that slowly wear people down. I try to look beyond symptoms and understand the root imbalance, because in Ayurveda the cause matters as much as the cure, maybe even more. Many of my patients come after trying multiple treatments elsewhere, feeling tired or confused, and I aim to give them a clear, practical path forward (without overwhelming them). I believe improving quality of living is not just about reducing pain — it is about restoring mobility, sleep, digestion, mental calm, all those small things people forget to mention during consultations but suffer with daily. My treatment plans usually combine classical Ayurvedic therapies, diet and lifestyle guidance, and close follow-up, because healing rarely happens in one step, it kind of unfolds. Communication is important to me, and I am fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam, which helps me connect with patients from different backgrounds. I try to explain conditions and treatments in simple terms, though sometimes medical details slip in out of habit. At the end of the day, I just want patients to feel heard, understood, and supported on a path that feels realistic for their life — not some ideal routine nobody can maintain long term.
