Feeling Tired and Digestive Issues with Numbness and Pain - #50935

I dont feel energized even after full night sleep . And I have digestive issues . In the morning i dont get bowel movement for atleast few hours even after taking triphala. And My hands and legs gets numb very soon if applied little pressure for few minutes. And when i wake up in morning my whole body pains for few minutes. Also suffering from Premature ejaculation problem.

How old are you. Do you also feel any appetite reduction? Please do a CBC,ESR,FBS,VIT B12, CALCIUM, VITAMIN D,TSH AND serum testosterone. Are you on any other medications? Definitive diagnosis can only be reached after knowing these. For now take Kalyanakam kashaya 15 ml twice daily before food mixed with 60 ml luke warm water Vaiswanara choorna 3 gm with butter milk twice daily after food Gandharvahasteranda capsule 1 cap at bedtime. Reach out with those test reports.
