At 24 years of age, height increase is usually not possible with Ayurvedic medicines or any other medicine because the growth plates of the bones are generally fused after puberty. Before considering any treatment, an X-ray of the left wrist/hand (bone age assessment) can confirm whether growth plates are closed. If they are closed, significant height gain is not expected. For overall health, strength, and nourishment, Ayurveda may help if there is weakness or undernutrition: Ashwagandha Churna 3–5 g twice daily with warm milk after food for 2–3 months. Shatavari Churna 3 g twice daily with milk after food for 2–3 months. A nutritious diet with adequate protein, milk, ghee, nuts, sesame seeds, and regular exercise. If she has irregular periods, thyroid problems, digestive issues, or low body weight, those should be evaluated and treated separately.
