Pain under the left breast radiating downward or toward the chest can occur due to acidity, gastritis, intercostal muscle strain, costochondritis, or sometimes heart-related causes. Since you are 37 years old and symptoms are recurring, if you develop severe chest pain, breathlessness, sweating, dizziness, or pain spreading to the left arm/jaw, seek urgent medical evaluation. Regarding Kamdudha Vati: Typical dose: 1–2 tablets twice daily after meals with water or as directed by an Ayurvedic physician. For acidity and pitta-related symptoms, some relief may be noticed within a few days, but a full effect often takes 2–4 weeks. Take Kamdudha Vati: 2 tablets twice daily after food. Avipattikar Churna: 3–5 g at bedtime with lukewarm water. Avoid very spicy, oily, fried foods, excess tea/coffee, and long gaps between meals. Stay well hydrated, especially during hot summer days.
