I have suffering from stomach bloating & gases.Reason may be h pylori diagnosed 15 years ago. I had allopathy medicine courses 3 times in these years. But only temporary relief. I am also feeling stomach heat burn & burning sensation in upper part of my stomach. Can you suggest any aurvedic remedies

Avoid fermented food, spicy , sour, citrus food, tea , coffee, cold drinks. Include ghee intake with warm food, buttermilk in your diet. Medicine: 1. Kamduga rasa 1-1-1 before food 2. Dhanwantaram Gulika 1-1-1 after food. For 15 days

take lasunadi vati 2 tab+ dhanwantaram gulika 1 tab every day thrice daily for 7 days. ardra gudoochi tablet 1 tab in 1 litre water drink throughout day if you have any burning sensation, stckiness in stool, unsatisfactory bowel movements use draksharishta 30 ml after food. once these initial symptoms has reduced. reach out personlly with all your recent reports to discuss a more cause oriented treatment plan for better lasting results.

Hi ! Reading your complaints thoroughly that you had H/O H. pylori and currently you are facing bloating and burning sensation also, there are chances that your Agni (Digestive fire ) is not working properly along with Pitta dosha aggrevation which indicates that there might be slight to moderate disturbances in your liver functioning. But DON’T WORRY AND DON’T BE STRESSED. It’ll surely settle down. Kindly follow the following regimen for 10 days and see how it goes. If you feel better and there is symptomatic relief then you can consult personally for further guidance and management afterwards.


1). TAB. KAMDUDHA RAS - 2 TABLETS WITH NORMAL WATER ( 1 HOUR BEFORE FOOD)---- 2 TIMES A DAY 2). AVIPATTIKAR CHURAN + LAVANBHASKAR CHURAN - MIX 1/2 TSP OF EACH CHURAN ; (TAKE IT 10 MIN. BEFORE FOOD WITH NORMAL WATER)— 2 TIMES DAY 3). SYP. LIV. 52 DS ---- 1 TSP ; (30 MIN. AFTER FOOD) — THREE TIMES A DAY
( NOTE ---- TAKE SUGAR FREE LIVER TONIC IF YOU HAVE ELEVATED SUGAR ISSUES OR DIABETES)


DIETRY ADVICE – *AVOID - Oily ,spicy and junk food.; Excessive sour food/ fruits and excessive salt intake. * Take light meals , include Guava and Papaya in your daily regimen. * Stay hydrated , take proper amount of water and whenever you are drinking water , try to drink slowly-- (sip by sip method) , don’t rush. * Avoid Stress as it can worsen your ailments. Stay Calm and peaceful. Try practicing breathing exercises also for 5-10 min. TAKE CARE 😊
