Kutajghan Vati: ••Dosage: 2-2 goli din me do baar khana khane ke 30 minute baad gungune paani se lein. ••Fayda: Agar aanto me infection ya mucus ki wajah se baar-baar bathroom jana pad raha hai, toh yeh use control karti hai. Aahar aur Vihar (Diet & Lifestyle Changes) Aapke case me dawaon se bhi zyada mahatvapurna aapka parhez (diet control) hoga: Kya karein (Do’s): ••Ushnodaka (Gunguna Paani): Dinbhar sirf aur sirf halka gunguna paani piyein. Yeh shareer me digestive enzymes ko badhata hai aur Aama ko khatam karta hai. ••Takra (Chach): Dopahar ke khane ke baad ek gilaas taaza chach me bhuna hua jeera, sendha namak, aur thoda sa pudina mila kar piyein.
