Take Triphala Churna 5 g raat ko garam pani ke saath. Trikatu Churna 2 g din mein 2 baar bhojan se pehle. Arogyavardhini Vati 1 tablet din mein 2 baar bhojan ke baad. Diet Subah garam pani mein nimbu. Raat ko halka bhojan. Rice, sweets, bakery items aur cold drinks kam karein. Lifestyle Roz 45 minutes brisk walking. Core-strengthening exercises aur Surya Namaskar. Paryapt neend lein.

Jab hamari Agni (digestive fire) thodi sust hoti hai, toh jo hum khate hain wo sahi se pachtaa hai par sharir usse energy banane ke bajaye pet ke hisse mein Kapha aur Meda (fat) ke roop mein jama karne lagta hai. Aapke liye ek behtareen aur asardarr Ayurvedic routine aur kuch aushadhiyan neeche bata raha hu, jisse aapka belly fat kam hone lagega: 1. Agni ko Tez Karne Vale Upay (Metabolism Boosters) Ushnodaka (Garam Paani): Dinbhar mein jab bhi paani piyein, halka gunguna ya garam paani hi piyein. Yeh sharir ke toxins (Ama) ko bahar nikalta hai aur fat burn karne mein sabse asardarr hai. Adrak aur Shahad ka Paani: Subah khali pet ek glass gungune paani mein aadha chammach adrak ka ras (ginger juice) aur ek chammach shahad (honey) milakar piyein. Shahad Ayurveda mein Lekhana (scraping property) mana gaya hai, jo jame hue fat ko pighlatani hai. 2. Aahar (Diet) mein Thoda Badlav Aap ghar ka khana kha rahe hain, jo bohot accha hai, par usme thoda sa badlav kariye: Dopahar ka Khana (Lunch): Aapka sabse bada meal dopahar ko hona chahiye (12 se 2 ke beech), kyunki us samay digestive fire sabse tez hoti hai. Kaale chane, jowar, ya bajra ki roti ko shamil karein. Raat ka Khana (Dinner): Raat ka khana hamesha halka aur suraj doobne ke aas-pass (7-8 baje tak) kha lein. Raat ko dahi, chawal, aur bhari daalein (jaise rajma, chole) khane se bachein. Moong daal ki khichdi ya daliya sabse best hai. Buttermilk (Takra): Dopahar ke khane ke baad ek glass chhachh (butter milk) mein thoda sa bhuna jeera aur sendha namak milakar piyein. Yeh pet ko saaf rakhta hai. 3. Ayurvedic Aushadhi (Herbal Support) Aap metabolism ko boost karne aur pet ka fat kam karne ke liye ye classical formulations le sakte hain: Triphala Choorna: Raat ko sote samay 1 chammach Triphala choorna gungune paani ke saath lein. Yeh pet ko acche se saaf karega aur fat accumulation ko rokega. Medohara Guggulu: Yeh aushadhi vishesh roop se jame hue fat (Meda) ko kam karne ke liye hoti hai. Aap iski 1-1 goli dopahar aur raat ke khane ke aadhe ghante baad gungune paani se le sakte hain. 4. Vyaayam aur Lifestyle (Workout Pattern) Aap ghar par workout kar rahe hain, par belly fat ke liye thoda sa tarika badalna hoga: Kapalbhati aur Naadi Shodhana: Roz subah khali pet 10-15 minute Kapalbhati Pranayama zaroor karein. Yeh seedhe aapke abdominal muscles aur digestive fire par kaam karta hai. Vajrasana: Khana khane ke turant baad 5 se 10 minute Vajrasana mein baithein. Isse pet nikalna band hota hai aur digestion sudharta hai. Chahal-kadmi: Raat ke khane ke baad turant letna ya baithna nahi hai. Kam se kam 100-200 kadam (Shatapadi) zaroor chalein.
