बार-बार पेट पूरी तरह साफ न होना और मल के साथ या अलग से पारदर्शी म्यूकस (चिकना पदार्थ) आना IBS, कोलाइटिस, कब्ज या आंतों की सूजन के कारण हो सकता है। संक्षिप्त आयुर्वेदिक उपचार Kutaj Ghan Vati 2 टैबलेट दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद। Bilwadi Churna 3 ग्राम दिन में 2 बार। Takrarishta 15–20 ml बराबर पानी मिलाकर भोजन के बाद। यदि मल में खून, वजन कम होना, बुखार या लंबे समय से म्यूकस आ रहा हो, तो गैस्ट्रोएंटेरोलॉजिस्ट से जांच कराएं।

आपके बताए अनुसार 6 महीने से अधिक समय से मल के साथ या अलग से पारदर्शी (transparent) म्यूकस आना, एक बार में पेट पूरी तरह साफ न होना तथा पेट दर्द होना इस बात का संकेत हो सकता है कि बड़ी आंत (Colon) में हल्की सूजन, पाचन संबंधी गड़बड़ी या ग्रहणी/आम दोष की स्थिति बनी हुई है। आयुर्वेदिक दृष्टिकोण आयुर्वेद में यह समस्या प्रायः अग्निमांद्य (कमज़ोर पाचन), आम संचय तथा वात-कफ असंतुलन के कारण देखी जाती है। जब पाचन ठीक से नहीं होता, तो आंतें अतिरिक्त श्लेष्मा (म्यूकस) बनाने लगती हैं, जो मल के साथ दिखाई दे सकता है। क्या करें? भोजन हमेशा समय पर करें और अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएं। गुनगुना पानी पिएं। तला-भुना, अत्यधिक मसालेदार, फास्ट फूड, मैदा एवं ठंडी चीजों से परहेज करें। मूंग दाल, हल्की खिचड़ी, सब्जियां और आसानी से पचने वाला भोजन लें। तनाव और देर रात जागने से बचें। आयुर्वेदिक औषधियाँ कुटजारिष्ट 15–20 ml बराबर पानी मिलाकर भोजन के बाद दिन में 2 बार। बिल्वादि चूर्ण 3 ग्राम सुबह-शाम गुनगुने पानी के साथ। महत्वपूर्ण सलाह यदि म्यूकस के साथ खून आना, वजन कम होना, लगातार पेट दर्द, बार-बार दस्त या बुखार जैसी समस्या हो, तो स्टूल टेस्ट और गैस्ट्रोएंटेरोलॉजिस्ट की जांच अवश्य करवाएं, क्योंकि कभी-कभी IBS, कोलाइटिस या आंतों की सूजन जैसी स्थितियां भी इसका कारण हो सकती हैं। उचित आहार, अग्नि सुधारक औषधियों और जीवनशैली में सुधार से अधिकांश मामलों में म्यूकस बनना और अधूरा पेट साफ होने की समस्या में अच्छा लाभ मिलता है।

Ek baar mein pet saaf na hona (incomplete evacuation) aur doosri baar jaane par mal ke saath ya alag se transparent mucus (safed nva/aavn) aana, clinical practice mein dekhi jaane wali ek bahut hi aam samasya hai. ​Ayurveda aur modern science ke drishtikon se yeh kya hai aur kyun ho raha hai, aaiye isko vistar se samajhte hain: ​1. Yeh Kya Hai? (Ayurvedic & Modern View) ••​Ayurveda ke anusar (Mandagni aur Aama): Jab hamari pachak agni (digestive fire) mand ya kamzor ho jaati hai, toh bhojan sahi se pach nahi paata. Is adhpache bhojan (undigested food) se sharir mein ek vishaat padarth banta hai jise “Aama” (आम) kehte hain. Jab yeh Aama aapke pakvashaya (colon) mein jama hota hai aur vata dosha prakupit hota hai, toh yeh mal ke saath chipchipayahat ya mucus ke roop mein nikalta hai. Is avastha ko “Saam-Mala” ya Grahani (IBS) ki shuruati lakshan maana jaata hai. ••​Modern Science ke anusar (Mucus in Stool & IBS): Hamari intestines ki lining naturally thoda mucus banati hai taaki mal aasani se paas ho sake. Lekin jab intestines mein sujan (inflammation) hoti hai ya bowel movements irregular hoti hain (jise IBS - Irritable Bowel Syndrome kehte hain), toh mucus zyada matra mein banne lagta hai. Ek baar mein pet saaf na hona isi baat ka sanket hai ki aapki bowel motility proper nahi hai. ​2. Yeh Kyun Ho Raha Hai? (Karan / Causes) ​Iske peeche kuch mukhya kaaran ho sakte hain: ••​Mandaagni (Poor Digestion): Khaana sahi samay par na khana, bhookh na lagne par bhi khana, ya raat ko der se bhari khana khana. ••​Viruddha Ahara & Junk Food: Maida, fried food, cold drinks, ya pack kiya hua baasi khana khane se aama badhta hai. ••​Vata-Prakopa (Dryness & Irregular Motion): Sharir mein rookhapann badhne se mal aanto mein chipak jaata hai, jisse ek baar mein pet saaf nahi hota. ••​Manasik Tanav (Stress/Anxiety): Ayurveda mein dimaag aur pet ka gehra sambandh maana gaya hai. Chinta ya stress se agni mand hoti hai aur IBS ke lakshan badhte hain. ​3. Ayurvedic Chikitsa aur Upchar (Line of Treatment) ​Is samasya ko theek karne ke liye hume “Deepan-Pachan” (agni ko badhane aur aama ko pachaane) aur “Anuloman” (vata ko sahi disha mein laane) par kaam karna hoga. ​Aushadhi Upchar (Medicinal Recommendations) ••​Agnitundi Vati ya Shankha Vati: 1-1 goli din mein do baar, khana khane ke 15 minute baad gungune paani se lein. Yeh agni ko teez karegi aur aama ko khatam karegi. ••​Haritaki Churna / Isabgol: Raat ko sote samay 1 chammach Haritaki churna ya 1-2 chammach Isabgol ki bhu-si gungune paani ke saath lein. Yeh aanto ko bina nuksan pahunchaye vata ka anuloman karegi aur subah pet ek baar mein saaf karegi. ••​Kutajghan Vati: Agar mucus ki matra zyada lag rahi hai, toh 2-2 goli subah-shaam paani se lein. ​Aahar-Vihar (Diet & Lifestyle Changes) •​Takra (Chach) ka sevan: Dopehar ke khane ke baad taaza chach mein thoda bhuna jeera, kaala namak aur sonth (dry ginger) mila kar piyein. Yeh Grahani aur mucus ke liye amrit saman hai. ••​Ushnodaka (Gunguna Paani): Dinbhar halka gunguna paani piyein. Yeh aama ko pachaane mein madad karta hai. ••​Laghu Aahar: Kuch din khane mein moong dal ki khichdi, daliya, lauoki, turaee jise halki sabziyan lein. Maida, fast food, aur thandhi cheezon se bilkul parhez karein.
