आपकी पत्नी की उम्र 60 वर्ष है और पिछले 6+ महीनों से कब्ज (Constipation), कमजोरी और लगभग 10 किलो वजन कम होना चल रहा है। यह स्थिति आयुर्वेद की भाषा में “अग्निमांद्य + वात वृद्धि + धातु क्षय” की ओर संकेत करती है, यानी पाचन अग्नि कमजोर है और शरीर के पोषक तत्व ठीक से नहीं बन पा रहे हैं। इस स्थिति में केवल हल्का भोजन (फल-सब्ज़ी) कभी-कभी समस्या को बढ़ा भी देता है, क्योंकि शरीर को पर्याप्त गर्म, पौष्टिक और स्निग्ध (oily) आहार नहीं मिल पाता। आयुर्वेदिक दृष्टिकोण से सरल समाधान 1. पाचन अग्नि को मजबूत करें (सबसे महत्वपूर्ण) सुबह खाली पेट: गुनगुना पानी + 5–7 भीगे हुए किशमिश या अंजीर भोजन से 20–30 मिनट पहले: 1 छोटा चम्मच अजवाइन पानी (गैस और कब्ज में लाभकारी) 2. भोजन में सुधार (Weight loss रोकने के लिए) फल और केवल सब्ज़ियों पर निर्भर रहना बंद करें। शामिल करें: मूंग दाल खिचड़ी (घी के साथ) दूध + घी (रात में हल्का गर्म) पका हुआ भोजन, सुपाच्य आहार तिल, मूंगफली, सूखे मेवे (सीमित मात्रा में) कच्चे सलाद और केवल फल-आहार अभी कम करें (वात बढ़ाते हैं) 3. कब्ज के लिए सरल आयुर्वेदिक उपाय रात को सोने से पहले: 1–2 चम्मच इसबगोल + गुनगुना दूध या 1 चम्मच त्रिफला चूर्ण गुनगुने पानी के साथ 4. जीवनशैली सुधार रोज़ 20–30 मिनट हल्की वॉक समय पर भोजन (अनियमितता न हो) तनाव कम रखें सुबह पेट साफ होने का नियमित समय बनाएं 5. शरीर को ताकत देने के लिए (Rasayana) अश्वगंधा दूध (रात में) – कमजोरी और ऊर्जा के लिए देसी घी रोज़ 1–2 चम्मच भोजन में

Its decoction can also be prepared by mixing 1 tsf of the powder in a glass of water and boiling it to one-fourth the quantity. ●Trim Support - 1 capsule twice daily with warm water half an hour after meals. ●Garcinia Capsules - 2 capsules twice daily with warm water half an hour after meals. ●Dietary Recommendations Avoid foods which are rich in carbohydrate such as potatoes, rice etc.Avoid sweets and fatty food.Choose whole grain foods such as brown rice, oat meal and white bread.Avoid high fat red meat, hot dog and get protein from nuts, beans, and fish. Avoid Junk food and beverages. Low fat dairy products such as skim milk, cottage cheese and plain yoghurt. Along with healthy diet. One should do exercise and physical activity also.
