••नमस्कार। मी तुमच्या त्रासाला पूर्णपणे समजू शकतो. ‘Mi Sehat’ (ज्याला अनेकदा सेहत टॅबलेट म्हटले जाते) ही वजन वाढवण्यासाठी किंवा भूक वाढवण्यासाठी सर्रास वापरली जाते, पण बऱ्याचदा यामध्ये काही असे घटक असतात जे पचनसंस्थेला बिघडवू शकतात. तुम्हाला पाण्यासाठी पातळ संडासला (जुलाब) होत आहेत, याचा अर्थ तुमच्या पोटातील ‘अग्नि’ (Digestive Fire) मंद झाला आहे आणि आतड्यांना सूज किंवा अतिरिक्त उष्णता निर्माण झाली आहे. ••सर्वात आधी काय करावे? (तातडीने घ्यावयाचे पाऊल) टॅबलेट ताबडतोब बंद करा: सर्वात आधी ही ‘Mi Sehat’ टॅबलेट पूर्णपणे बंद करा. शरीराला आणखी त्रास होण्यापासून वाचवणे हे पहिले काम आहे. पाण्याचे प्रमाण टिकवून ठेवा: पांढऱ्या पाश्यासारखे जुलाब होत असल्यामुळे शरीरातील पाणी कमी होऊन अशक्तपणा येऊ शकतो. यासाठी ORS (ओ.आर.एस.) चे पाणी किंवा घरी बनवलेले लिंबू-पाणी, मीठ आणि साखरेचे मिश्रण थोडे-थोडे पित राहा. २. पोटाला आराम देण्यासाठी आयुर्वेदिक घरगुती उपाय सध्या तुमच्या आतड्यांची पचनशक्ती सुधारणे आणि जुलाब थांबवणे गरजेचे आहे: ••ताक आणि जिरे पूड (Takra): ताक हे आयुर्वेदात जुलाबावर सर्वोत्तम मानले गेले आहे. ताज्या ताकामध्ये (जास्त आंबट नसावे) भाजलेली जिरे पूड, थोडे धन्याची पूड आणि थोडे सैंधव मीठ (Black salt) टाकून दिवसातून २-३ वेळा प्या. यामुळे आतड्यांना ताकद मिळेल. ••सुंठ-पाणी (Shunthi Jal): पाणी उकळताना त्यात थोडी सुंठीची (Dry ginger) पूड टाका. हे पाणी कोमट करून दिवसभर पिण्यासाठी वापरा. हे पोटातील ‘आम’ (टॉक्सिन्स) नष्ट करेल. ••बडिशेप आणि धने कषाय: १ चमचा बडिशेप आणि १ चमचा धने १ ग्लास पाण्यात उकळा. पाणी अर्धे झाल्यावर गाळून घ्या आणि ते कोमट असताना प्या. ३. आहार कसा असावा? (Pathya) जोपर्यंत जुलाब थांबत नाहीत, तोपर्यंत जड जेवण पूर्णपणे बंद करा: ••मऊ भाताची पेज किवा मऊ खिचडी: तांदूळ आणि मुगाच्या डाळीची पातळ खिचडी, ज्यामध्ये थोडे जिरे आणि तुपाची फोडणी दिलेली असेल, अशीच खिचडी खा. सफरचंद (Apple): सफरचंद उकळून (Boiled Apple) किंवा त्याचे मॅश करून खाल्ल्याने जुलाब थांबायला मदत होते. ••काय टाळावे: दूध, चहा, कॉफी, तिखट, मसालेदार, तळलेले पदार्थ आणि बेकरी प्रॉडक्ट्स (बिस्किटे, ब्रेड) अजिबात खाऊ नका.
