For Ayurveda: • Avipattikar Churna 3–5 g twice daily after meals with lukewarm water. • Yashtimadhu Churna 2–3 g twice daily after meals. • Kamdudha Ras (Plain) 1 tablet twice daily after meals. Regarding saunf, jeera, and ajwain: • Saunf and jeera are generally suitable for acidity. • Ajwain can aggravate burning and acidity in some people, especially if Pitta is predominant.
