Krishna Ayurvedic Digestive Juice shuru karne ke baad bloating, gas, nausea aur feverish feeling badh gayi hai, isliye filhal ise 3–5 din ke liye band kar dijiye. Yeh aapke sharir mein Pitta-Vata prakopa ya kisi ingredient ki asatmya (intolerance) ka sanket ho sakta hai. Halka, garam aur supachya bhojan lein, garam paani sip-sip karke piyein. ----Rx: 1) Shunthi Siddha Jala (warm water infused with dry ginger) – sip throughout the day. 2) Avipattikar Churna – 3 g at bedtime with lukewarm water × 5–7 days. 3) Sutshekhar Ras – 1 tablet twice daily after meals × 5 days. 4) Hingvastak Churna – 1–2 g with first morsel of lunch and dinner × 7 days. —Diet (Pathya): Light, warm, freshly cooked food. Moong dal khichdi, rice gruel, vegetable soup. Avoid fried, spicy, fermented, bakery foods, cold drinks, and heavy dairy. ----Advice: Stop Krishna Ayurvedic Digestive Juice for now. It is possible that the Krishna Ayurvedic digestive juice is not suiting your current digestive condition and may be aggravating Pitta and Vata, especially if your digestion is already sensitive. Increased bloating, nausea, gas, reduced appetite, and feverish feeling after starting the juice suggest that your body is reacting negatively to it. For now, it is better to: Stop the digestive juice temporarily for a few days. Take light, warm, easy-to-digest food such as moong dal khichdi, rice gruel, vegetable soup, or thin dal. Sip warm water frequently throughout the day. Avoid oily, spicy, fried, fermented, bakery, cold, and heavy foods. Avoid tea/coffee on an empty stomach. You may support digestion naturally with: Jeera + coriander + fennel water (lightly boiled and sipped warm) A small pinch of dry ginger powder with honey after meals if nausea is mild If acidity and heat are present, use cooling support like Guduchi or Shatavari Because your symptoms are severe and associated with poor appetite and feverish sensation, it is important to rule out: Gastritis or acid irritation Gut infection Liver or gallbladder disturbance Food intolerance or reaction to the formulation In Ayurveda, the first step is not always stronger digestion medicines — sometimes the gut first needs Ama reduction and Agni stabilization gently, not stimulation.
