Aapki takleef ko 6 saal ho gaye hain aur itni jalan/dard hoti hai ki DSR (Domperidone + Rabeprazole) lagbhag roz lena padta hai. Iska matlab hai ki sirf acidity ko dabaaya ja raha hai, lekin asli karan abhi tak poori tarah identify nahi hua hai. Isliye sirf DSR par depend rehna theek nahi hai. Mere clinical anubhav ke hisab se sabse sambhavit karan hain: Chronic Hyperacidity / GERD (acid reflux) – kyunki jalan aur indigestion ki history hai aur DSR se rahat milti hai. Gastritis ya peptic ulcer – agar pet ke upar wale hisse me dard aur khaali pet jalan zyada ho.
