How to treat Crohn's disease and perianal fistula with Ayurveda for infection and digestive issues? - #56517

Hi Doctors, I am 42 years, male, suffering from Crohn's disease from 2019, earlier was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. I am taking allopathic medicines. I also have perianal fistula after abscess was drained. I have not got full relief. If any upset doctors prescribe antibiotics and that causes problems in me. Recently I got loose motions and took antibiotics but once I stopped the medicine I am getting loose motions again. I want to know about ayurvedic view on infection and request your guidance. Also, want to know if any ayurvedic medicine for infection. Recent blood test showed increased CRP and ESR, low vitamin D, vitamin:B12 and low iron and HB
