Hi....mai last 1 month se digestion related problem face kr rshi hu. Stomach m pain nhi hai. Bt bloating sour burp and heaviness feel hoti hai. Aaj se 8 month phele mujhe pait m dard r indigestion jaisa problem hua tha. Fir Maine doc ko dikhaya to done mera test kraya ultrasound, blood test, ecg, and urine test. Sb thik tha. Bt vo problem mera 3 month chala beech m thik hojata gir wapas se ho jata. But January se thik ho gya . 2 may ko mujhe louse motion hua. Uske baat muje fir problem hone lgi. Kya kru. Plz help

Mix the two together and take them with lukewarm milk or water 1-2 times a day. This combination is believed to help • Relieve acidity • Soothe the throat and digestion ●Simple rules to reduce acidity • Eat meals on time. Limit spicy and fried foods. • Don’t lie down immediately after meals. • Drink plenty of water throughout the day. • Keep dinner light. Even small rules contribute greatly to balancing pitta.
