आपकी समस्या – भूख न लगना, थोड़ा खाते ही पेट भर जाना, पेट फूलना, कब्ज रहना तथा वजन न बढ़ना – आयुर्वेद अनुसार मंदाग्नि, आमदोष एवं वात प्रकोप के कारण हो सकती है। यदि एंडोस्कोपी सामान्य आई है, तो पाचन शक्ति को सुधारना ही मुख्य उपचार है। Rx 1) चित्रकादि वटी – 2 गोली दिन में 2 बार, भोजन से 15 मिनट पहले गुनगुने पानी के साथ। 2) अग्नितुण्डी वटी – 1-2 गोली दिन में 2 बार, भोजन के बाद। 3) जीरकारिष्ट – 15-20 ml बराबर मात्रा में पानी मिलाकर भोजन के बाद दिन में 2 बार। 4) त्रिफला चूर्ण – 1 चम्मच रात को सोते समय गुनगुने पानी के साथ आहार (Diet) मूंग दाल खिचड़ी, दलिया, सब्जियों का सूप, ताजा घर का भोजन। पका पपीता, अनार, भीगी हुई किशमिश एवं खजूर। दिन में 4-5 बार थोड़ी-थोड़ी मात्रा में भोजन करें। भोजन से पहले अदरक + सेंधा नमक का छोटा टुकड़ा लें। परहेज तला-भुना, फास्ट फूड, कोल्ड ड्रिंक, बासी भोजन। अधिक चाय, कॉफी एवं मसालेदार भोजन। भोजन के तुरंत बाद सोना। जीवनशैली रोज 30 मिनट टहलें। समय पर भोजन करें। पर्याप्त नींद लें और तनाव कम रखें।

••Aapne jo lakshan bataye hain—thoda khate hi pet bhar jana (early satiety), khaya-piya shareer ko na lagna, aur pet saaf na hona—yeh Ayurveda ke mutabik “Mandagni” (low digestive fire) aur “Aama” (toxic residue) ke mukhya lakshan hain. ••Ek Ayurvedic practitioner ke taur par, main aapko step-by-step treatment aur diet plan batata hoon: 1. Deepan-Pachan (Agni ko Tez Karna aur Bhook Badhana) Sabse pehle hume aapki digestion fire (Agni) ko jagana hoga taaki aapko kh खुल kar bhook lage aur thoda khate hi pet bhari na ho. ••Aardrak-Lavan Mishran (Ginger & Salt): Khana khane se 15-20 minute pehle adrak (ginger) ka ek chota tukda lekar uspar thoda sa saindha namak (rock salt) lagakar chusein. Yeh pachak ras (digestive enzymes) ko stimulate karta hai. ••Chitrakadi Vati: 1-1 goli khana khane ke turant pehle ya khane ke beech mein gungune paani se lein. Yeh agni ko tez karti hai. ••Panchakolasava / Kumaryasava: 15-20 ml dawa utne hi gungune paani mein milakar din mein do baar khana khane ke baad lein. 2. Anulomana (Pet Saaf Karna) Jab tak purana mal saaf nahi hoga, nayi bhook nahi lagegi. ••Triphala Churna ya Haritaki Churna: Raat ko sote samay 1 chammach (3-5 grams) churna gungune paani ke saath lein. Yeh pet ko saaf karega aur digestive tract ko toxin-free banayega. ••Avipattikar Churna: Agar pet saaf na hone ke saath halki jalan ya acidity hoti hai, toh Triphala ki jagah Avipattikar churna 1/2 chammach raat ko lein. 3. Dhatu Poshan (Vajan Badhane Ke Liye) ••Dhyan rakhein: Yeh step tabhi shuru karein jab upar ki dawaon se aapki bhook khul jaye aur pet saaf hone lage (lagbhag 7-10 din baad). Agar mandagni mein vajan badhane ki bhari cheezein khayenge, toh pareshani badh jayegi. ••Ashwagandha aur Shatavari Churna: Dono ko barabar matra mein mila lein. 1/2 chammach subah aur 1/2 chammach shaam ko halke gungune doodh ke saath lein (jab digestion theek ho jaye). ••Drakshasava: 15 ml subah-shaam khane ke baad lein. Yeh shareer mein khoon badhata hai aur weakness door karta hai. Pathya-Apathya (Diet & Lifestyle Rules) Kya Karein (Do’s): ••Laghu aur Guno se Bharpoor Bhojan: Khana halka par nutritious hona chahiye. Moong dal ki khichdi, lauki, torai, kaddu jaisi sabziyaan, aur purana chawal khayein. Sabziyon mein jeera, adrak, hing, aur kali mirch ka use karein. ••Ushnodaka (Gunguna Paani): Dinbhar halka gunguna paani hi piyein. Yeh aama ko pachata hai aur constipation door karta hai. ••Aasan/Vyam: Subah uthkar 10-15 minute Vajrasana (khana khane ke baad) mein baithein aur subah Kapalbhati aur Anulom Vilom karein. Kya Na Karein (Don’ts): ••Viruddha Ahara & Heavy Food: Fast food, maida, zyada tala-bhuna, cold drinks, aur bacha hua baasi khana bilkul band kar dein. ••Adhyashana (Overeating): Jab tak pehle ka khana na pache, dobara na khayein. Thoda-thoda karke din mein 3-4 baar khayein, ek sath thali bhar kar na baithein. ••Diva-svapna: Din mein khana khane ke turant baad sone se Agni aur mand ho jaati hai.
