6 years

Academic degree:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
Area of specialization:
I am working in Ayurvedic dermatolgy, gastrointestinal disease, sexual disorders, kidney and liver disease, respiratory disease, PCOD, psoriasis, IBS, thyroid, diabetes, ulcerative colitis, arthritis and many lifestyle disorders using Ayurveda medicine & panchkarma. I handle both chronic and acute cases, and many times I see how small imbalances grow bigger if not treated early, that is why I focus on root level healing. I am also doing online teleconsultation where I guide patients for chronic disease care, women’s health, and lifestyle correction, sometimes patients come with long history and it take time but results usually feels steady. My approach include personalized herbal remedies, diet planning, and daily routine advice, making Ayurveda more accesible through digital care even when distance is problem. I try keep treatments practical, natural and suitable for each person body type, though every case is little differnt and need careful attention.
Achievements:
I am holding a PG diploma in Panchkarma and also a mermaid therapy diploma, working closely with traditional Ayurvedic healing methods that focus on body detox and pain releif. I try to use these skills in daily practce, helping patient manage chronic issues and recovery, though sometimes cases feel challanging but I keep learning and adapting to improve care for each patient.

I am a doctor with 5+ year experience in clinical practice, working with patients from differnt backgrounds and age groups, and over time I have seen how every case can feel a little unique even when symptoms look same at first. In these years I try to focus on careful observation and listening, becuase many times patient tells small details that help guide better decisions, and missing those details can lead to confussion later. My approach usually stay simple and patient-centered, I belive that clear communication matter a lot, even when workload is high or day gets little hectic. I spend time explaining conditons and basic care steps in a way that patients can follow, though sometimes I wonder if I could explain even more clearly, but still keep trying to improve with each interaction. With more than five years in practice, I continue learning from daily cases, medical updates, and real-life patient responses, since medicine never really stops changing and neither should we as doctors. I try to maintain consistency in treatment planning and follow-up, even when schedules gets tight or timing not perfect. Overall, I am someone who rely on practical experience, steady learning, and honest patient care, and I keep working toward giving dependable medical support, even on days when things feel slightly overwhelming but still managable.
