Sex ke dauran 1 se 2 minute mein veerya (semen) nikal jaane ki samasya ko Ayurveda mein ‘Shukragata Vata’ ya ‘Sheeghra Patana’ (Premature Ejaculation) kaha jata hai. Yeh ek behad aam samasya hai jo aamtaor par mansik tanaav (anxiety), veerya ka patlapand, ya sharir mein Vata dosha ke badhne ki wajah se hoti hai. ••1. Tantra Max Tablet ke Sath Ashwagandha aur Kamdev Ghrit: Le Sakte Hain Ya Nahi? Haan, aap inhein sath mein le sakte hain. Inka aapas mein koi bura reaction (interaction) nahi hota hai. Yeh ek accha aur prabhavshali combination ban sakta hai, kyunki yeh teeno dawaiyan alag-alag tarike se kaam karti hain: ••Tantra Max Goli: Yeh aamtaor par stamina aur timings ko behtar karne ke liye herbo-mineral formulation hoti hai jo instant energy aur nervous system ko relax karne mein madad karti hai. ••Ashwagandha (Goli/Churna): Yeh sabse behtar ‘Vajikarana’ aur ‘Balya’ aushadhi hai. Yeh dimaag ke stress aur anxiety (jo 2 minute mein discharge hone ka sabse bada kaaran hai) ko kam karti hai aur shukra dhatu (semen quality) ko majboot karti hai. ••Kamdev Ghrit: Ayurveda mein ‘Ghrit’ (medicated ghee) ko shukra dhatu badhane aur Vata dosha ko shant karne ke liye sabse uttam mana gaya hai. Kamdev Ghrit veerya ke patlepan ko door karta hai aur sharir mein andarooni taqat lata hai. 2. Sevan Karne Ka Sahi Tarika (Dosage & Timing) In aushadhiyon ka poora fayda lene ke liye inhein sahi tarike se lena zaroori hai: Ashwagandha Goli: 1-1 goli subah aur raat ko khana khane ke baad gungune doodh ke sath lein. ••Kamdev Ghrit: 1 chammach (lagbhag 5-10 grams) subah khali pet ya raat ko sote samay gungune doodh ke sath lein. Tantra Max Goli: Iska sevan aap company ke nirdesh anusar ya raat ko sone se pehle doodh se kar sakte hain. ••Khas Note: Kamdev Ghrit ek bhaari (heavy to digest) aushadhi hai. Agar aapka digestion (pachan agni) kamzor hai ya pet saaf nahi rehta, toh pehle kam matra se shuru karein. 3. Ayurvedic Chikitsa Ke Mutabik Kuch Zaroori Parhez aur Badlav Keval dawai khane se poora fayda nahi milega jab tak aap apni lifestyle mein badlav nahi karenge: ••Aahar (Diet): Apne khane mein doodh, ghee, badam, kaju, aur urad daal shamil karein. Zyada khatti, teekhi, masaledar aur garam cheezon (junk food, alcohol, smoking) se bilkul door rahein, kyunki yeh Pitta aur Vata ko badhakar sheeghra patan ko badhava deti hain. ••Mansik Tanaav Kam Karein: Sex ke dauran “jaldi nikalne ka darr” hi sabse bada dushman hai. Performance anxiety se bachein. ••Vajikarana aur Yoga: Rozana 10-15 minute Pranayama (Anulom-Vilom) aur Mula Bandha (Pelvic floor exercises/Kegel exercises) karein. Yeh aapke ejaculation par aapka control behtar karengi.

नमस्कार। आपकी समस्या संभोग के दौरान लगभग 2 मिनट में वीर्यपात हो जाना (Premature Ejaculation) है। यह काफी सामान्य समस्या है और अधिकांश मामलों में उचित उपचार, आहार-विहार तथा मानसिक तनाव को नियंत्रित करने से सुधार संभव है। हाँ, सामान्यतः Tantra Max, Ashwagandha और Kamdev Ghrit को साथ में लिया जा सकता है, लेकिन यह इस बात पर निर्भर करता है कि इनमें कौन-कौन से घटक हैं, आपकी आयु क्या है, तथा आपको कोई अन्य बीमारी (BP, Diabetes, Heart disease आदि) तो नहीं है। संभावित कारण आपके लक्षणों से निम्न कारण हो सकते हैं: मानसिक तनाव, चिंता या प्रदर्शन की घबराहट अत्यधिक उत्तेजना नींद की कमी हस्तमैथुन की पुरानी आदत के कारण जल्दबाजी की प्रवृत्ति आयुर्वेदिक दृष्टि से शुक्र धातु की कमजोरी एवं वात की वृद्धि आयुर्वेदिक उपचार योजना यदि कोई अन्य गंभीर रोग नहीं है, तो सामान्यतः: अश्वगंधा – शरीर की शक्ति, तनाव नियंत्रण और यौन क्षमता में सहायता करती है। कामदेव घृत – शुक्र धातु पोषण एवं वीर्य की गुणवत्ता सुधारने में सहायक हो सकता है। Tantra Max – यदि यह यौन स्वास्थ्य हेतु आयुर्वेदिक उत्पाद है, तो इसकी सामग्री देखकर ही उचित मात्रा तय की जानी चाहिए। इसके साथ: प्रतिदिन 15–20 मिनट अनुलोम-विलोम और भ्रामरी प्राणायाम करें। मूलबंध एवं केगल (Kegel) व्यायाम करें, इससे स्खलन नियंत्रण में मदद मिलती है। पर्याप्त नींद (7–8 घंटे) लें। आहार (Pathya) दूध, घी, बादाम, अखरोट, खजूर, मुनक्का का संतुलित सेवन करें। ताजे फल, हरी सब्जियाँ और प्रोटीनयुक्त आहार लें। पर्याप्त पानी पिएँ। क्या न करें (Apathya) शराब, तंबाकू, गुटखा, धूम्रपान से बचें। अत्यधिक मसालेदार, जंक फूड और देर रात जागने की आदत से बचें।
