very My menarche happened when i was 10 just few days after my birthday. I was nearly 4'5" at that time and now i am 149 cm that is 4'10" .this year i am going to turn 18 in 4th October. Can you help me in adding atleast 5-6 cm i want to be atleast 5 feet. I will be very grateful if you could help me.

Unfortunately, there is no proven Ayurvedic medicine, supplement, or exercise that can guarantee an increase of 5–6 cm at this stage. However, if your growth plates have not completely fused yet, a small amount of additional growth may still be possible. Clinical Assessment Your height is currently 149 cm (4’10"). Early menarche often means that growth plates mature earlier, which can limit height gain in the later teenage years.
