Hello dr sir mera name aftab hai Mujhe ande dahi dhudh ya machli kuch bhi is type ka chijo ka sevan karta hun to khujli ho jata hai aur ye sab chod do to fir kuch din me vapas sahi ho jata hai jab bhi mai in chinon ka sevan karta hi to aisa hi hota hai to please mujhe is allergy ka ayurvedic dava bata dijiye aur kitne din dava use karna hai Thanks

Namaste Aftab ji, Aapke bataye anusaar anda, dahi, doodh aur machhli jaise padarth khane ke baad khujli hona aur saath mein gas, pet phoolna ya pachan sambandhi takleef hona food allergy ya food intolerance ki taraf sanket karta hai. Kyunki yeh samasya 6 mahine se adhik samay se chal rahi hai, isliye kuch avashyak jaanch karwana bhi uchit rahega. -----Ayurvedic Chikitsa: 1) Haridra Khanda – 1 chammach (5 gm) subah aur shaam bhojan ke baad gungune paani ke saath. 2) Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 goli din mein do baar bhojan ke baad. 3) Avipattikar Churna – 3 gm raat ko sone se pehle gungune paani ke saath. -----Upchar Avadhi: Lagbhag 6–8 hafton tak ya chikitsak ke paramarsh anusaar. ----Parhej: Filhal anda, machhli, dahi, doodh aur jin padarthon se khujli badhti ho unka sevan na karein. Tala-bhuna, bahut masaledar bhojan, cold drinks aur packaged foods se bachhein. ----Pathya: Gunguna paani piyen. Halka aur supachya bhojan lein. Moong dal, lauki, tori, parval jaise aahar ka sevan karein. ----Avashyak Jaanch: CBC Absolute Eosinophil Count (AEC) Serum IgE Food Allergy Panel (yadi uplabdh ho) -----Yadi kabhi khujli ke saath saans lene mein takleef, chehre ya hothon mein sujan, gale mein jakadan ya chakkar aaye to turant najdeeki hospital se sampark karein. ----Kripya 4 hafte baad follow-up ke liye punah paramarsh lein.

Aapke symptoms dekhkar lagta hai ki ande, dahi, doodh aur machhli khane ke baad baar-baar khujli hona kisi food allergy ya food intolerance ki taraf ishara karta hai. Achhi baat yeh hai ki jis cheez ko band karne par khujli theek ho jaati hai, usse trigger identify ho raha hai. Ayurved mein ise adhiktar Rakt dushti, Ama (undigested toxins) aur Pitta-Kapha prakop se joda jata hai. Clinical assessment ke hisab se 3 sambhavnayein sabse zyada lagti hain: True food allergy – specific foods khane ke turant ya kuch ghanton baad khujli hona. Gut-related hypersensitivity (Ama formation) – pachan kamzor hone par protein-rich foods se reaction badh sakta hai. Histamine sensitivity – machhli, dahi aur kuch dairy products se itching trigger ho sakti hai. Ayurvedic treatment ke roop mein: • Haridra Khanda – 1 teaspoon (5 gm) subah-shaam khane ke baad gungune paani ke saath, 6–8 weeks. Yeh allergy aur itching mein bahut upyogi hai. • Gandhak Rasayan – 2 tablets din mein 2 baar khane ke baad, 6 weeks. Rakt shuddhi aur skin allergy mein sahayak. • Avipattikar Churna – 1 teaspoon raat ko sone se pehle gungune paani ke saath, 4–6 weeks agar acidity ya indigestion bhi ho. Home remedy: Roz subah ½ teaspoon haldi ko gungune paani mein le sakte hain. Neem ke patton ka halka kwath bhi kabhi-kabhi faydemand rehta hai. Diet mein filhal ande, machhli, dahi aur doodh ko 3–4 hafton ke liye avoid rakhein. Bahut teekha, fried, packaged aur preserved foods bhi kam karein. Halka, ghar ka bana hua bhojan, moong dal, lauki, tori aur seasonal fruits lein. Paani paryapt piyen. Panchakarma mein agar allergy purani aur baar-baar hone wali ho to Virechana karma aur Raktashodhana chikitsa experienced Ayurvedic physician ki dekhrekh mein kaafi labhkari ho sakti hai. Agar khujli ke saath saans lene mein dikkat, honton ya gale mein sujan, chakkar ya severe rash ho to turant nearest hospital se sampark karein, kyunki yeh severe allergic reaction ka sanket ho sakta hai. Niyamit treatment aur trigger foods se bachav ke saath aam taur par 4–8 hafton mein kaafi rahat mil jati hai. Agar sambhav ho to ek baar allergy testing (IgE panel) bhi karwa sakte hain, jisse exact trigger confirm ho sake.

••नमस्ते आफताब जी। आपने अपनी समस्या को बहुत अच्छे से नोटिस किया है। जो लक्षण आप बता रहे हैं—जैसे अंडा, दही, दूध या मछली खाने के बाद खुजली होना और इन्हें छोड़ने पर ठीक हो जाना—यह आयुर्वेद के अनुसार शरीर में “विपरीत आहार” (Incompatible Diet) और पित्त-रक्त दृष्टि (रक्त में गर्मी और अशुद्धि का बढ़ना) का स्पष्ट संकेत है। इसे हम आधुनिक भाषा में Food Allergy या Urticaria (शीतपित्त/उदर्द) के अंतर्गत देख सकते हैं। विशेष रूप से मछली और दूध/दही का एक साथ या आस-पास सेवन करना आयुर्वेद में “विरुद्ध आहार” माना गया है, जो शरीर में टॉक्सिन्स (आम दोष) पैदा करता है और त्वचा रोग के रूप में बाहर आता है। एक आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सक के नाते मैं आपको इसके लिए एक संपूर्ण चिकित्सा योजना बता रहा हूँ: 1. मुख्य आयुर्वेदिक औषधियां (Ayurvedic Medicines) त्वचा की खुजली को शांत करने, रक्त को शुद्ध करने और एलर्जी को जड़ से मिटाने के लिए निम्नलिखित औषधियां बहुत प्रभावी हैं: ••हरिद्राखंड चूर्ण (Haridrakhand Churn): यह एलर्जी की सबसे सर्वोत्तम आयुर्वेदिक दवा है। मात्रा: 3 ग्राम (लगभग आधा छोटा चम्मच) दिन में दो बार। सेवन विधि: सुबह और शाम को हल्के गुनगुने पानी या सादे पानी के साथ लें। ••खदिरारिष्ट (Khadirarishtha): यह एक बेहतरीन ब्लड प्यूरिफायर (रक्त शोधक) लिक्विड है जो त्वचा के विकारों को दूर करता है। मात्रा: 15 से 20 ml (लगभग 4 चम्मच)। ••सेवन विधि: इसमें बराबर मात्रा में (4 चम्मच) गुनगुना पानी मिलाएं और दोपहर व रात के भोजन के आधे घंटे बाद लें। ••गंधक रसायन (Gandhak Rasayan - Tab): यह त्वचा की खुजली और रैशेज को अंदर से ठीक करता है। मात्रा: 1-1 गोली दिन में दो बार। सेवन विधि: इसे आप खदिरारिष्ट के साथ ही ले सकते हैं। 2. बाहरी उपयोग के लिए (External Application) अगर किसी चीज़ को खाने के बाद शरीर पर तेज खुजली या चकत्ते (rashing) होने लगें, तो तुरंत राहत के लिए: त्वचा पर मरीच्यादि तेल (Marichyadi Taila) या नारियल के तेल में थोड़ा सा कपूर मिलाकर लगाएं। इससे खुजली में तुरंत आराम मिलेगा। 3. दवा कितने दिन लेनी है? (Duration of Treatment) समयावधि: आपको यह दवाएं लगातार 1.5 से 3 महीने (6 से 12 हफ्ते) तक लेनी चाहिए। ••आयुर्वेद में एलर्जी का इलाज केवल लक्षणों को दबाना नहीं, बल्कि दोषों को सम्यावस्था में लाना होता है। इसलिए भले ही आपकी खुजली 10-15 दिनों में ठीक हो जाए, फिर भी दवा को कम से कम 2 महीने तक जारी रखें ताकि शरीर के अंदर का दोष पूरी तरह साफ हो सके। 4. सबसे जरूरी: आहार और जीवनशैली के नियम (Pathya-Apathya) दवाइयों से ज्यादा जरूरी है कि आप अपने पेट और खून को साफ रखें। जब तक इलाज चल रहा है, तब तक इन बातों का सख्ती से पालन करें: ••सख्त परहेज (बिल्कुल बंद करें): अंडा, मछली, दही, बैंगन, फर्मेंटेड फूड (जैसे इडली, डोसा), ज्यादा मिर्च-मसालेदार, तला हुआ खाना और खट्टी चीजें (जैसे सिरका, नींबू का अत्यधिक सेवन)। ••विरुद्ध आहार से बचें: कभी भी दूध के साथ नमक वाली चीजें, मांसाहार या मछली का सेवन न करें। यह शरीर में जहर (टॉक्सिन) जैसा काम करता है। ••क्या खाएं: पुरानी शालि चावल, मूंग की दाल, लौकी, तोरई, कद्दू, और परवल जैसी हल्की सब्जियां खाएं। सुबह खाली पेट थोड़ा सा नीम का पानी या एलोवेरा जूस पीना भी आपके लिए बेहद फायदेमंद रहेगा।
