Swarna Bhasma लेने से लेटने पर खुजली या एलर्जी जैसा होना एक जाना-माना साइड इफेक्ट है, खासकर अगर शरीर में पित्त या अम्लता ज्यादा हो या स्वर्ण भस्म की मात्रा/शुद्धता ठीक न हो। ✓तुरंत क्या करें स्वर्ण भस्म पूरी तरह बंद कर दें (कम से कम 15–30 दिन तक) अगर खुजली बहुत तेज है तो 2–3 दिन हरिद्राखंड 5 gm रात को गुनगुने पानी के साथ लें (एलर्जी और खुजली में सबसे तेज राहत) नीम का तेल + नारियल तेल (1:3) = प्रभावित जगह पर हल्का लगाएं 2 बार दिन में ✓सुरक्षित तरीके से दोबारा शुरू करने के लिए (अगर फिर लेना हो तो) डोज बहुत कम रखें: 15–30 mg (1/8 से 1/4 गोली) सिर्फ सुबह खाने के बाद हमेशा शहद या घी के साथ लें (पित्त को कंट्रोल करता है) कभी भी खाली पेट या रात में न लें पहले 7 दिन सिर्फ 15 mg दें → देखें कोई रिएक्शन होता है या नहीं ✓सबसे जरूरी आयुर्वेदिक डॉक्टर या वैद्य से जरूर दिखाएं (खासकर अगर पहले से पित्त ज्यादा है या एलर्जी की हिस्ट्री है) स्वर्ण भस्म हमेशा प्रमाणित लैब से ही लें (कई बार अशुद्ध भस्म से खुजली/एलर्जी होती है) डॉ. गुरसिमरन जीत सिंह MD पंचकर्म

HELLO, 1) IMMEDIATE MEASURES -Stop Swarna Bhasma temporarily until the allergy subsides -Take mild cooling measures= drink lukewarm water or milk if no lactose intolerant -avoid allergic foods like fried, spicy, or heavy meals 2) DETOXIFICATION AND PACIFICATION -Triphala churna= 1 tsp with warm water at night to help detox -HARIDRA MILK= 1/2 tsp turmeric with warm milk helps reduce itching and inflammation -SITOPALADI CHURNA= 1 tsp with honey for relief in mild skin allergy 3) EXTERNAL CARE -Neem or coconut oil massage- apply gently to affected areas for soothing effect -Avoid harsh soaps; use mild herbal cleansers 4) DIET -have more cooling, light, and easily digestible foods -Include curd, coconut water, ghee, green vegetables -Avoid spicy, sour, and oily foods 5) LIFESTYLE AND PREVENTION -Stress management=pranayam or meditation to reduce aggravation of vata and pitta -Gradual reintroduction of Swarna bhasma only after complete recovery DO FOLLOW HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL THANK YOU
