आयुर्वेदिक दृष्टिकोण से आपकी समस्या (धूल/मिट्टी से एलर्जी, लाल चकत्ते, खुजली, दाने) आयुर्वेद में इस प्रकार की त्वचा एलर्जी को शीतपित्त, उदर्द या विचर्चिका के अंतर्गत माना जाता है। यह मुख्यतः पित्त एवं कफ दोष की विकृति तथा रक्तदूषिता (रक्त का दूषित होना) के कारण होती है। धूल, मिट्टी, प्रदूषण या किसी एलर्जन के संपर्क में आने पर शरीर में लाल चकत्ते, खुजली और दाने उत्पन्न हो सकते हैं। आयुर्वेदिक उपचार एवं सुझाव हरिद्रा खंड – 1-1 चम्मच दिन में 2 बार गुनगुने पानी या दूध के साथ। नीम एवं गिलोय का सेवन रक्तशोधन एवं प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाने में सहायक माना जाता है। खदिरारिष्ट 15–20 ml बराबर पानी मिलाकर भोजन के बाद दिन में 2 बार लिया जा सकता है। प्रभावित स्थान पर नीम तेल या नारियल तेल में थोड़ी हल्दी मिलाकर हल्के हाथ से लगा सकते हैं। परहेज अधिक तीखा, खट्टा, तला हुआ एवं जंक फूड। ठंडे पेय, बासी भोजन तथा अत्यधिक मिठाइयाँ। धूल-मिट्टी के संपर्क में बिना सुरक्षा के जाना। जीवनशैली • बाहर जाते समय मास्क एवं पूरे कपड़े पहनें। • त्वचा को साफ एवं मॉइस्चराइज़ रखें। • पर्याप्त पानी पिएँ। • तनाव एवं देर रात जागने से बचें। महत्वपूर्ण यदि एलर्जी बार-बार हो रही है, पूरे शरीर में फैल रही है, सांस लेने में तकलीफ, चेहरे या होंठों में सूजन हो रही है, तो तुरंत त्वचा रोग विशेषज्ञ से जांच करवाएं। एलर्जी का स्थायी समाधान पाने के लिए कारण (Allergen) की पहचान भी आवश्यक होती है। सही आहार, रक्तशोधन एवं दोष संतुलन द्वारा आयुर्वेद में ऐसी एलर्जी की पुनरावृत्ति को कम करने का प्रयास किया जाता है।

••आयुर्वेद के दृष्टिकोण से, मिट्टी (धूल/गंदगी) के संपर्क में आने से त्वचा पर लाल चकत्ते (Rash), खुजली और दाने होना मुख्य रूप से शीतपित्त (Urticaria) या त्वक विकार (Contact Dermatitis) के अंतर्गत आता है। ••इसमें शरीर में मुख्य रूप से पित्त और रक्त दोष दूषित हो जाते हैं, और जब धूल-मिट्टी जैसी बाहरी चीजें (एलर्जेंस) इनके संपर्क में आती हैं, तो वायु के प्रकोप से यह त्वचा पर तुरंत उभर आते हैं। ••तत्काल राहत के लिए बाहरी लेप व उपाय (External Applications) ••कोकोनट ऑयल और कपूर: 100 मिली शुद्ध नारियल के तेल में 1-2 टिकिया भीमसेनी (शुद्ध) कपूर को पीसकर मिला लें। खुजली और लाल चकत्तों पर इसे लगाएं। यह पित्त का शमन करता है और खुजली में तुरंत आराम देता है। ••नीम और हल्दी का पानी: नीम की पत्तियों को पानी में उबाल लें। उस पानी को गुनगुना करके प्रभावित स्थान को धोएं या उसी पानी से स्नान करें। नीम और हल्दी एंटी-एलर्जिक और एंटी-बैक्टीरियल होते हैं। ••एलोवेरा जेल (घृतकुमारी): ताजा एलोवेरा पल्प लगाने से त्वचा की जलन और लाली (Redness) शांत होती है। 2. आंतरिक आयुर्वेदिक औषधियां (Internal Ayurvedic Medicines) रक्त को शुद्ध करने और एलर्जी को जड़ से खत्म करने के लिए निम्नलिखित औषधियां अत्यंत प्रभावी हैं: ••हरिद्राखंड (Haridrakhand Churna): यह त्वचा की एलर्जी और शीतपित्त की सबसे सर्वोत्तम क्लासिकल औषधि है। ••मात्रा: 1 छोटा चम्मच (3-5 ग्राम) सुबह और शाम को गुनगुने पानी या दूध के साथ लें। ••गंधक रसायन (Gandhak Rasayan): यह त्वचा के विकारों और खुजली को दूर करने वाली एक बेहतरीन रसायन औषधि है। ••मात्रा: 1-1 गोली (250 mg) सुबह-शाम चिकित्सक के परामर्शानुसार। खदिरारिष्ट (Khadirarista): यह एक प्रसिद्ध रक्तशोधक (Blood purifier) सिरप है। ••मात्रा: 15 से 20 मिली सिरप में बराबर मात्रा में पानी मिलाकर भोजन के बाद दोनों समय लें। ••विशेष बचाव (Prevention) मिट्टी से सुरक्षा: जब भी मिट्टी या धूल वाले वातावरण में जाना हो, तो शरीर को पूरी तरह ढकने वाले कपड़े पहनें और चेहरे पर मास्क लगाएं। ••त्वचा का सूखापन बचाएं: नहाने के लिए केमिकल युक्त साबुन की जगह नीम के साबुन या आयुर्वेदिक उबटन का प्रयोग करें।
