14 साल से पूरे शरीर में खुजली, लालपन, जलन और खुजलाने पर सूजन आना Sheetpitta (chronic urticaria) / allergic skin disorder जैसा है। लक्ष्य: पित्त-कफ शमन + रक्तशोधन + आमपाचन। आंतरिक उपचार (6–8 हफ्ते) Haridra khanda – 1 छोटा चम्मच, दिन में 2 बार (गुनगुने पानी/दूध के साथ) Mahamanjishtadi kwath – 15 ml + 15 ml पानी, दिन में 2 बार Khadirarishta – 15 ml + equal पानी, दिन में 2 बार (खाने के बाद) Gandhak rasayan – 250 mg, दिन में 2 बार Avipattikar churna – 3 g, रात को (पित्त व acidity के लिए) बाह्य Neem taila + Coconut oil (1:1) – दिन में 1–2 बार नहाने के पानी में नीम पत्ते उबालकर इस्तेमाल आहार-विहार खट्टा, तीखा, पैकेज्ड/जंक, समुद्री मछली, अंडा, दही (रात में) avoid ठंडा-गुनगुना पानी, धूप/गर्मी और पसीना से बचाव तनाव कम, 7–8 घंटे नींद
