Your recurring dust allergy after stopping Ayurvedic treatment suggests that the underlying Kapha and Vata imbalance in the respiratory channels has not been fully stabilized. Short-term relief after 3 months of medicine is common, but the system needs gradual, long-term strengthening and detoxification to prevent recurrence. Start with Shwas Kas Chintamani ½–1 tablet twice daily after meals for 2–3 months instead of thrice daily, combined with Shwas Kas Amrit 10–15 ml twice daily to maintain respiratory strength and immunity. Include Nasya therapy with Anu Taila or Ksheerabala oil once daily in the morning for 7–14 days every 2–3 months to clear nasal passages and reduce dust sensitivity. Steam inhalation with tulsi and ginger or warm saline nasal rinse daily can help remove allergens and strengthen mucosa. Supportive measures include avoiding dust exposure, keeping living areas clean, using mild humidifiers, and maintaining proper digestion with light, warm, easily digestible meals. Gentle pranayama, especially Anulom Vilom, helps improve lung capacity and reduces Kapha congestion. With consistent use of medicines, periodic Nasya, and lifestyle measures, respiratory channels stabilize, and recurrence reduces. Regular follow-up every 3 months ensures doses are adjusted to prevent relapse.
