सुबह अनु तेल – 2 बूंद नाक में एलर्जी रक्षक अवलेह – 1 चम्मच खाना के बाद कंचनार गुग्गुलु – 1 टैबलेट लक्ष्मीविलास रस – 1 टैबलेट सुतशेखर रस – 1 टैबलेट (अगर acidity है) रात वासावलेह / वासघृत – 1 चम्मच जरूरत पर एसिडों टैब्स – acidity में

1. Allergy rakshak avaleha - 1 teaspoon after food This is for allergic condition. 2. Anutailam - 2 drops in each nostril at morning in empty stomach after a steam inhalation will give good result. It will help to relieve allergic symptoms and gain immunity. 3. Laxmi vilasa rasa - half to 1 tab acc to severity of the condition. Took after food. It will also help in upper respiratory infections and allergies. 4. Kanchanara guggulu - 2-0-2 after food. Effective in sinusitis, tonsillitis, and to reduce mass like formation. 5. Vasa ghrita -1 tsp at night with warm water or milk after food. It will help to reduce upper respiratory infections and for overall health. 6. Vasaavaleha - same as above 7.
