What Ayurvedic treatment can help with my long-term skin allergy and hives? - #55521

I have skin allergy like hives on my body try to find out from which food but could not find . I take certizine and I have it so many years . Sometimes I take steroid tablets if doctors prescribed ifmy allergy become too much. What medication in Ayurvedic do I have to take doctor please tell me will be very grateful to you. Yasmeen

Chronic hives/urticaria in Ayurveda is similar to Sheetapitta. Long-term recurrent allergy usually needs 2–3 months treatment.
Take
Haridra Khanda
1 tsp twice daily after food with warm water/milk
Giloy Satva
500 mg twice daily
Arogyavardhini Vati
1 tablet twice daily after meals
Neem leaves or Neem capsule once daily if itching severe.
Avoid
Curd at night
Prawns, shellfish
Packed foods, food colors
Bakery items
Cold drinks
Excess spicy foods
