—Chronic runny nose and frequent sneezing for more than 6 months is most commonly due to Allergic Rhinitis.
It is not a simple cold. It happens due to ongoing irritation of the nose (like dust, weather, or pollution), even if triggers are not obvious.
—Rx
1) tab histanin 1 tab twice daily after meal
2) flu and infection defence combo 1 tab daily after meal
3) anu taila 2-3 drops in both nostril in morning
—Advice:
Steam inhalation BD, avoid dust & cold foods
Pipali 1/2 tsf in milk at night daily
—Duration: 4–6 weeks
