Your son’s symptoms suggest a long-standing cold sensitivity/allergic tendency, which in Ayurveda is commonly related to an imbalance of Kapha and weak immunity (low Agni/Ojas). Since it is mild but persistent for many years, the main goal is to strengthen his natural resistance and reduce cold-trigger sensitivity gradually. Ayurvedic Supportive Tips Avoid very cold foods/drinks, ice cream, refrigerated water, and excessive curd at night. Give lukewarm water instead of cold water. Daily use of turmeric milk at night may help support immunity. A small amount of ginger + honey (if suitable for him) can help reduce Kapha tendency. Keep chest, throat, and head protected from cold wind/weather. Encourage regular sleep, warm homemade food, and light exercise/yoga.
