Improve immunity Give Sitopaladi churna + honey (small dose as per age) Chyawanprash ½–1 tsp daily (best long-term for allergy-prone children) 2. Reduce Kapha (mucus & allergy) Warm water only, avoid cold foods (ice cream, curd at night, cold drinks) Add turmeric milk at night (if suits digestion) 3. Herbal support Tulsi + ginger + honey (mild home remedy) Talisadi Churna can help in recurrent cough 4. Strengthen digestion (key root cause) Light, warm, easily digestible food Avoid junk, bakery, excess sweets 5. Lifestyle Protect from dust, cold , damp environment Gentle steam inhalation (occasionally)

छोटे चम्मच लेमनग्रास। इस मिश्रण को 1 कप गर्म पानी में डालकर ढक दें और 10 मिनट तक उबलने दें। दिन में 2-3 बार पिएं। यह नाक बंद होने, खांसी और फ्लू में आराम.गर्म अदरक: सर्दी-जुकाम का एक कारगर उपाय • कफ और थकान दूर करने वाला यह पेय शरीर में जमा ठंड और नमी को धीरे-धीरे बाहर निकालता है।अदरक-दालचीनी और लेमनग्रास का मिश्रण: सामग्री: 1 छोटा चम्मच अदरक • 1 छोटा चम्मच दालचीनी • 2 देता है। अदरक-इलायची और दालचीनी का मिश्रण: सामग्री: • 2 छोटे चम्मच अदरक • 3 छोटे चम्मच दालचीनी • एक चुटकी इलायची। विधि: 1 छोटा चम्मच मिश्रण को 10-15 मिनट तक उबालें। थोड़ा ठंडा होने पर इसमें 1 छोटा चम्मच शहद मिलाएं। भाप चिकित्सा: एक बर्तन में पानी भरकर उसमें एक चम्मच अदरक या कुछ नीलगिरी के पत्ते उबालें। तौलिये से शरीर ढककर भाप लें। इससे तुरंत आराम मिलता है: • नाक बंद होना • भारीपन • सिरदर्द सरल लेकिन प्रभावी • सौंफ पाउडर 1 चम्मच • दालचीनी 1 चम्मच • शहद 1 चम्मच। खांसी में उपयोगी।तुलसी का काढ़ा: एक कप पानी में एक चम्मच तुलसी को एक मिनट तक उबालें। इसे गर्म ही पिएं। इससे बुखार और संक्रमण के प्रभाव कम होते हैं। सितोपलादि चूर्ण – 1 भाग • महा सुदर्शन चूर्ण – 1 भाग • मात्रा: भोजन के बाद दिन में 2-3 बार एक चम्मच शहद के साथ एक चम्मच चूर्ण लें।नाक की देखभाल: घीत नस्य: सुबह और शाम प्रत्येक नथुने में 3-5 बूंद गुनगुना घी डालें। इससे आराम मिलता है • सूखापन • छींक आना • जलनआहार और जीवनशैली संबंधी नियम: बार-बार गर्म पानी पिएं। हल्का और आसानी से पचने वाला भोजन करें। ठंडे पेय पदार्थों से बचें। भारी भोजन से बचें। विश्राम और योग: आराम भी औषधि है • भरपूर आराम करें • केवल हल्का योग करें जैसे सूर्य नमस्कार • अग्नि-झुकने वाले आसन। ये आसन नाक से बहने वाले बलगम को दूर करते हैं और जमा हुआ कफ निकालते हैं। प्राणायाम: श्वास द्वारा शुद्धिकरण • कपालभाति (हल्का) • अनुलोम-विलोम (बिना कामक के)। ये व्यायाम श्वसन मार्ग को साफ करते हैं। रोकथाम: • आंवला: प्राकृतिक उपचार। आंवला • उपचार • विटामिन सी का स्रोत। रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाने वाला।
