Do pranayam lom -vilom bhastrika kapalbhati daily for 5-10mins twice .steam inhalation once daily with few drops of eucalyptus oil Do Nasya with Anu tel 2drops in both nostril once daily.

YOUR CONCERN – Allergic to citrus, yogurt, and cold drinks – Get colds and sinus headaches often – Head always feels heavy – Tired all the time – This has been going on for over 6 months From an Ayurvedic point of view, looks like you’ve got Kapha, Ama, and Vata issues messing with your sinuses. WHAT THAT MEANS: 1. Too much Kapha: This is creating mucus and blocking your sinuses. 2. Ama (toxins): Causing food allergies and that heavy feeling. 3. Vata: Leading to headaches and dryness after the blockage. WHAT WE’RE TRYING TO DO: – Clear your sinuses – Get rid of allergies – Boost your immune system – Get your energy back AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT INTERNAL MEDICATION 1. Sitopaladi Churna ½ tsp twice a day with honey 2. Talisadi Churna ½ tsp twice a day 3. Chitrakadi Vati: 1 tablet twice a day before meals 4. Your symptoms indicate a chronic allergic state associated with sinus involvement and low immunity Allergy to citrus fruits curd and cold drinks along with frequent cold headache and lethargy points towards kapha dominance with agni dushti and ama accumulation From an ayurvedic perspective this is not a simple allergy but a systemic imbalance Weak digestive fire leads to formation of ama which settles in pranavaha srotas and shiro region causing sinus blockage headache and recurrent cold Constant sinus headache with food related triggers suggests long standing kapha stagnation Curd citrus fruits and cold drinks are heavy sour and sheeta in nature and directly aggravate this condition The first and most important step in management is strict avoidance of trigger foods Curd especially at night cold drinks ice creams fermented foods and raw sour fruits should be avoided Warm freshly cooked light meals should be preferred From an ayurvedic medication point of view the following support is commonly used under guidance Sitopaladi churna two grams twice daily with honey Talisadi churna two grams twice daily after food Trikatu churna one gram twice daily before food with warm water Anu taila two drops in each nostril every morning If headache and sinus heaviness are prominent Pathyadi kadha ten ml twice daily after meals diluted with equal water can be taken Warm water intake throughout the day is essential Avoid cold exposure wet hair direct fan or ac on face Steam inhalation with plain water once daily is helpful Regular sleep light walking and avoiding daytime sleep are important Late nights and irregular meals will delay recovery Improvement is gradual First the frequency of cold reduces then headache and lethargy start improving This condition is very much manageable with dietary discipline and proper ayurvedic support With consistency immunity improves sinus remains clear and energy levels return to normal
