Seeking Relief from Oesophageal Ulcers and Acidity - #51819

I have ulcers in lower oesophagus , acidity and burning . from eating spicy food. Taking acid medicine for last three years which dr says i need to continue .Pl suggest medicine which will give relief so i can stop the acid medicin.

Avoid addiction if any. Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Tab Yashtimadhu 2-0-2 Tab.Mintocid 2-0-2 Regular use of fresh buttermilk. Follow up after 2 weeks.
