How to balance vata pitta along with mandagni?? My symptoms - loose motion once/day which is oily, gas, bloating, heaviness after eating, downwards acidity, burning in anus after acidity, dry skin, red rash on cheeks, i never sweat, sometimes i feel frequently hungry sometimes not at all, Feeling cold all the time, insomnia. If take pungent med to balance vata kapha then loose motion increases.If I take cooling for balancing pitta then vata aggravates.If i take something to balance vata-pitta then stool becomes well formed skin problem vanishes also but digestion becomes sluggish.Pls help dr humble request🙏🙏
