I had pcod 2 years ago and I cured it after entering into medical collegeI'm facing irregular periods during exam I didn't have periods for3 months now continue bleeding since 2 months.Doctor gave me progesterone pills when I stop taking it bleeding again happen

●Giloy sat 10gm ●Praval pisthi 10gm ●Mukta pisthi 4gm●Kaharava pisthi 5gm ●punarnavadi mandur 20gm ●Vrudhivatika vati 20gm ●Shilasindur 2gm. Mix all and make 60 packs and take with warm milk or hot water 2 times a day half hr before food. ●Shatavari churna ●Ashwagandha Churna ●Turmeric ●Cinnamon ●Ashoka churna ●Triphla ●Yashtimadhu ●methii seed churna ●Haritaki churna. Mix all and meash well and store in sealed glass container. Take daily 5 6 gms with milk or hot water at bed time. ●Do yoga pranayam. ●Eat healthy and naturally food
