Ayurveda ke anusar, Agni (digestion) ko teez karke aur sahi poshan dekar hum bachi hui growth potential ka poora fayda utha sakte hain. Aap niche diye gaye tarikon ko follow kijiye:
​1. Aahar aur Poshan (Dietary Guidelines)
​Ayurveda kehta hai ki jaisa ann, waisa sharir. Asthi dhatu ko majboot karne ke liye aapko Calcium, Vitamin D, aur Protein se bharpoor aahar lena chahiye:
••​Doodh aur Ghee: Roz subah aur raat ko ek glass gunguna doodh (cow’s milk) piyein. Isme aap 1 chammach gaay ka desi ghee mila sakti hain, jo dhatus ko andar se poshan deta hai.
••​Amla aur Chuna: Amla Vitamin C ka behtareen srot hai jo calcium absorption badhata hai. Iske sath hi, gehu ke daane ke barabar Khaane wala Chuna (Edible Slaked Lime) dahi ya paani mein mila kar lene se calcium ki kami poori hoti hai (agar kidney stone ki problem na ho toh).
••​Til aur Mulethi: Safed til (Sesame seeds) calcium se bharpoor hote hain. Roz 1 chammach til chaba kar khayein.
​2. Ayurvedic Aushadhi (Herbal Supplements)
​Asthi dhatu ke poshan aur growth hormones ko stimulate karne ke liye Ayurveda mein kuch vishisht jadi-bootiyan hain:
​Ashwagandha Churna: Yeh sharir ki growth ke liye sabse uttam mana jata hai.
•​Kaise lein: Raat ko sote samay 1/2 chammach (approx. 3 grams) Ashwagandha churna ko gungune doodh ke saath lein.
​Shatavari Churna: Yeh ladkiyon mein hormonal balance ko theek rakhta hai aur periods ke baad sharir ko sahi poshan deta hai. Isse bhi aap 1/4 chammach doodh ke saath le sakti hain.
••​Lakshadi Guggulu: Agar bones ko extra strength ki zaroorat ho, toh yeh classical Ayurvedic tablet bohot faydemand hoti hai (par ise lene se pehle kisi doctor se consultation zaroor lein).
​3. Vyaayam aur Yoga (Physical Activity)
​Bones aur spine ko elongate (khinchne) karne ke liye sharir mein vayu aur akash tatva ko badhana zaroor hai. Roz subah 20-30 minute ye yogaasans karein:
​Tadasana (Palm Tree Pose): Yeh spine ko stretch karne ke liye sabse best hai.
••​Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) aur Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose): Inse pituitary gland active hoti hai jo growth hormone release karti hai.
​••Stretching & Hanging: Kisi bar (rod) par 2-3 minute roz latakne (hanging) ki aadat dalein.
​4. Nindra aur Jeevan-Shaili (Sleep & Lifestyle)
​Gehri Neend (Sound Sleep): Hamara sharir sabse zyada growth hormone tabhi release karta hai jab hum gahri neend mein hote hain. Isliye raat ko 10 baje tak so jayein aur 7-8 ghante ki poori neend lein. Raat ko der tak jagne se ‘Vata’ badhta hai, jo growth ko rok sakta hai.
