Take Ashokarishta 15–20 ml with equal water twice daily after food Kanchanar Guggulu 2 tablets twice daily after food Chandraprabha Vati 1 tablet twice daily If pain is present Dashmool kwath 15 ml twice daily before food Diet: Avoid very spicy, junk, cold, and fermented foods. Take warm light food and good hydration.

Hello maam , free fluid can be managed very well with medications only . And all other symptoms like fever and abdominal pain may be due to the PID . Many of the times metabolic disturbance is the cause for this ,so proper investigation like diabetic profile , thyroid levels and lipid profile is needed . You should workup on this . And endometrial issues you have not mentioned what kind of issues , but most of the issues are manageable with ayurvedic treatment.
