••Pranam. Ek Ayurvedic doctor ke roop mein, main aapko bilkul spasht aur sahi jankari dunga. 4.1 cm ka fibroid ek medium-sized fibroid mana jata hai. Isko poori tarah shrink (sikudne) hone mein ya iske lakshano ko bilkul khatam hone mein aamtaur par 6 se 9 mahine ka samay lag sakta hai. Aapne 3 mahine ka course poora kar liya hai, isliye is stage par aapko do baatein dekhni hongi: ••Lakshano mein aaram (Symptomatic Relief): Kya aapko periods ke dauran heavy bleeding, tez dard, ya pelvic area mein bhaoripan kam lag raha hai? Agar haan, toh iska matlab hai ki davaiyan sahi kaam kar rahi hain. ••Size mein badlav: 3 mahine ki davai ke baad, ab sahi samay hai ki aap ek baar fir se USG (Ultrasound Whole Abdomen/Pelvis) karwayen. Isse pata chalega ki 4.1 cm se size kitna kam hua hai. ••Chikitsa (Treatment) lambi kyun chalti hai? Ayurvedic herbo-mineral aushadhiyan (jaise Kanchanar Guggulu, Varunadi Vati, ya Vriddhi Vadhika Vati) granthi ko dheere-dheere lekhana (scrape/dissolve) karti hain. Yeh koi surgical removal nahi hai, balki sharir ke andar se us growth ko ghulane ki prakriya hai, isliye isme dhairya (patience) ki zaroorat hoti hai. •• Aapke liye Agla Kadam (Next Steps) Sonography (USG) karwayen: 3 mahine poore hone par ek naya ultrasound karwayen aur purani report se compare karein. Agar size mein thoda bhi reduction hai (e.g., 4.1 cm se 3.5 cm ya 3.8 cm), toh treatment bilkul sahi direction mein hai. ••Kyah khayein: Halka, garam aur taaza khana. Kapha ko kam karne wali cheezein jaise haldi, adrak, lehsun, aur karela diet mein shamil karein. ••Kya na khayein: Bilkul heavy, oily, processed food, aur dairy products (cheese, paneer) ka sevan kam se kam karein, kyunki yeh sharir mein Kapha aur Ama (toxins) ko badhate hain, jisse fibroid ka size badh sakta hai.
