आपके पीरियड्स हमेशा 10–15 दिन लेट आते थे और अब 2 महीने से ज्यादा समय से नहीं आए हैं, तो इसे नजरअंदाज नहीं करना चाहिए। आयुर्वेद में इसे मुख्यतः वात-कफ दोष असंतुलन, कमजोरी, तनाव, अनियमित दिनचर्या, PCOS, खून की कमी या हार्मोनल गड़बड़ी से जोड़ा जाता है। सबसे पहले प्रेग्नेंसी टेस्ट जरूर करें यदि विवाह/संबंध की संभावना हो। आयुर्वेदिक तरीके से क्या करें: 1. अशोक + लोध्रा + शतावरी ये गर्भाशय को मजबूत करके पीरियड्स नियमित करने में मदद करते हैं। 2. रोज सुबह खाली पेट गुनगुने पानी में थोड़ा अदरक और दालचीनी उबालकर पिएं। इससे रक्तसंचार और हार्मोन संतुलन में सहायता मिलती है। 3. तिल और गुड़ रोज 1–2 चम्मच काले तिल और थोड़ा गुड़ लें। यह प्राकृतिक रूप से delayed periods में लाभकारी माना जाता है। 4. योग और दिनचर्या भुजंगासन, मालासन, तितली आसन और हल्की वॉक करें। रात में देर तक जागना, तनाव, जंक फूड और ज्यादा ठंडी चीजें कम करें। खान-पान में शामिल करें: हरी सब्जियां, चुकंदर, अनार, यदि साथ में ये लक्षण हों — अचानक वजन बढ़ना चेहरे पर ज्यादा बाल/पिंपल पेट दर्द सफेद पानी तो PCOS या हार्मोनल समस्या हो सकती है

Jab paani aadha reh jaye, toh ise chhan kar halka gunguna subah khali pet piyein. ••​Kalonji aur Methi Paani: 1 chammach methi dana aur aadha chammach kalonji ko raat bhar 1 glass paani mein bhigo dein. Subah is paani ko ubaal kar gunguna piyein. ​2. Pramukh Ayurvedic Aushadhiyan (Medicines) •​Aap kisi bhi achhe Ayurvedic store se yeh classical davaiyan le sakte hain, jo hormonal balance ko theek karne aur periods ko regular karne mein bohot effective hain: ••​Kumaryasava: Yeh ek behtareen Ayurvedic liquid hai jo female reproductive system ko tone karta hai. 15-20 ml Kumaryasava ko barabar matra (15-20 ml) gungune paani mein milakar din mein do baar khane ke baad lein. ••​Raja Pravartani Vati: Yeh khass taur par ruke huye periods ko kholne ke liye di jaati hai. 1-1 goli subah-shaam gungune paani ya Kumaryasava ke saath lein. ••​Shatavari Churna / Tablet: Agar yeh samasya weakness ya hormonal imbalance ki wajah se hai, toh Shatavari reproductive organs ko taqat deti hai. Raat ko sote samay 1 glass gungune doodh ke saath 1 chammach Shatavari churna lein. ​3. Aahar aur Vihar (Diet & Lifestyle Changes) ••​Garam taseer ka khana: Apne khane mein papita (raw papaya), ananas (pineapple), adrak, dalchini (cinnamon), aur hingu (asafoetida) ka prayog badhayein.
