If u always have 10-15 days delay then it means ur normal cycle length is 40-45 days. It is normal u need not worry. But this time if there is delayed periods for 2 months then it might be some stress related delay. If u wish wait for 15 more days. Take kulatta or horse gram boiled water add salt and pepper to it drink it twice a day. Or u can have til with jaggery. Medicine mein u aap Rajopravartini vati 1 tb two times a day lee sakthe ho 5-7 days ke liye. Esse periods induce hote hai. Agar phir se aapka periods aise hi delay huva tho aap USG, thyroid profile zarur karvaye. Life style modification is a must. Reduce stress, start yoga exercise walking any of these for 30 min. Stop junk,fried, processed foods, sugar and milk and milk products specially at night. Take warm cooked foods. Eat before 8 at night light food.
