आपकी उम्र 46 वर्ष है, AMH 0.07 है, पीरियड्स अनियमित हो रहे हैं, साथ में थकान, हल्का हेयर फॉल और त्वचा की चमक कम होना भी है। आयुर्वेदिक दृष्टि से यह अवस्था रजोनिवृत्ति (Menopause) के निकट का समय हो सकती है, जिसमें शरीर में प्राकृतिक रूप से हार्मोनल परिवर्तन होने लगते हैं। AMH बहुत कम होने का अर्थ है कि अंडाशय की कार्यक्षमता काफी कम हो चुकी है, इसलिए केवल जड़ी-बूटियों से पीरियड्स का नियमित रूप से वापस आना निश्चित नहीं कहा जा सकता। क्या शतावरी और अश्वगंधा ले सकती हैं? हाँ, सामान्यतः शतावरी और अश्वगंधा इस अवस्था में लाभकारी मानी जाती हैं। शतावरी के लाभ हार्मोनल संतुलन को सहारा देती है। त्वचा की नमी और चमक बनाए रखने में मदद करती है। शरीर में पोषण बढ़ाती है। गर्मी, चिड़चिड़ापन और कमजोरी में लाभकारी हो सकती है। सेवन विधि: शतावरी चूर्ण 3–5 ग्राम गुनगुने दूध के साथ दिन में 1–2 बार भोजन के बाद अश्वगंधा के लाभ तनाव और चिंता कम करने में सहायक। ऊर्जा और स्टैमिना बढ़ाने में मददगार। थकान और कमजोरी में लाभदायक। नींद की गुणवत्ता सुधार सकती है। सेवन विधि: अश्वगंधा चूर्ण 3 ग्राम रात को दूध के साथ पीरियड्स वापस शुरू हो जाएंगे? यदि अनियमितता का कारण केवल तनाव या पोषण की कमी हो तो सुधार संभव है। लेकिन आपकी उम्र और AMH स्तर को देखते हुए यह पेरिमेनोपॉज़ल परिवर्तन भी हो सकता है। इसलिए शतावरी और अश्वगंधा लेने से शरीर की स्थिति में सुधार हो सकता है, परन्तु पीरियड्स निश्चित रूप से फिर से नियमित हो जाएंगे, इसकी गारंटी नहीं दी जा सकती। आहार (Diet) क्योंकि आपने बताया है कि प्रोटीन कम लेती हैं, इसलिए: दूध, पनीर, दही मूंग दाल, मसूर दाल चना, राजमा सोया उत्पाद अंडा (यदि लेती हैं) तिल, अलसी, अखरोट ताजे फल और हरी सब्जियाँ प्रतिदिन पर्याप्त प्रोटीन लेने का प्रयास करें। त्वचा और बालों के लिए प्रतिदिन 1–2 आँवला लें या आँवला रस लें। 1 चम्मच काले तिल सुबह लें। नारियल पानी और पर्याप्त पानी पिएँ। रात को पर्याप्त नींद लें। तनाव कम करने के लिए प्रतिदिन 20–30 मिनट तेज चाल से चलना। प्राणायाम (अनुलोम-विलोम, भ्रामरी)। नियमित सोने-जागने का समय रखें। आयुर्वेदिक दृष्टि से संभावित औषधियाँ शतावरी चूर्ण अश्वगंधा चूर्ण धात्री रसायन कुमारी आसव (यदि उपयुक्त हो) आवश्यक जांच यदि पीरियड्स लगातार नहीं आ रहे हैं, तो एक बार निम्न जांच करवाना उपयोगी रहेगा: FSH LH Estradiol (E2) TSH Vitamin D Vitamin B12 CBC इनसे यह स्पष्ट होगा कि समस्या मुख्यतः पेरिमेनोपॉज़, पोषण की कमी, थायरॉइड या किसी अन्य कारण से है।
