Aapke Lakshano Ke Liye Ayurvedic Chikitsa Upay Aapki thakaan, hair fall aur dull skin ko theek karne ke liye aap ye upachar apna sakti hain: Aushadhi (Medicinal Support) ••Shatavari Churna aur Ashwagandha Churna: Aadha-aadha chammach dono ko milakar subah aur shaam ko gungune doodh (warm milk) ke saath lein. ••Amalaki Rasayana / Chyawanprash: Subah khali pet 1 chammach Chyawanprash ya Amla rasayan lein. Yeh vitamin C aur antioxidants se bharpoor hai, jo aapke hair fall ko rokega aur face par chamak (glow) layega. Bahya Upachar (External Therapies) ••Abhyanga (Self-Massage): Saptah mein 2-3 baar Til ke tel (Sesame oil) ya Kshirabala tailam se poore sharir ki maalish karein. Yeh thakaan aur Vata dosha ko turant kam karta hai. ••Siro-Abhyanga (Hair Care): Hair fall ke liye Bhringraj tailam ya Neolibringadi tailam se hafte mein do baar scalp ki halki maalish karein. Diet aur Lifestyle (Aahar-Vihar) ••Nutritious Diet: Apne khane mein ghee, doodh, keshwar, badam, aur hare patte daar sabjiyan shamil karein. Dry aur spicy khane se bachein kyunki ye Vata badhate hain. ••Pranayama: Roz 15-20 minute Anulom Vilom aur Bhramari pranayama karein.
