46 वर्ष की उम्र में बार-बार पीरियड आना और कम फ्लो होना अक्सर perimenopause हार्मोनल बदलाव के कारण हो सकता है। फिर भी Hb, thyroid, ultrasound और gynecologist जांच कराना जरूरी है। Ashokarishta 20 ml बराबर पानी मिलाकर दिन में 2 बार भोजन बाद Shatavari Churna 1 चम्मच सुबह-रात दूध के साथ Praval Pishti 125 mg दिन में 2 बार शहद के साथ साथ में: तनाव, देर रात जागना, बहुत तीखा-खट्टा भोजन कम करें तिल, अनार, चुकंदर, हरी सब्जियां लें योग और हल्का व्यायाम करें

46 वर्ष की आयु में पीरियड्स का 18–20 दिन में आना, बहुत कम फ्लो होना और ओव्यूलेशन का कम होना अक्सर शरीर में हार्मोनल बदलाव एवं मेनोपॉज़ की शुरुआत (Perimenopause phase) का संकेत हो सकता है। आयुर्वेद में इसे मुख्यतः वात-पित्त असंतुलन और धातु क्षीणता से जोड़ा जाता है। घबराने की आवश्यकता नहीं है, सही दिनचर्या और उपचार से काफी सुधार संभव है। रोज सुबह गुनगुना पानी लें। अधिक चाय, कॉफी, मिर्च-मसाले, खट्टा एवं जंक फूड कम करें। तिल, अलसी, देसी घी, दूध, अनार, चुकंदर और हरी सब्जियाँ लाभकारी रहती हैं। तनाव कम रखें, पर्याप्त नींद लें और हल्का योग/प्राणायाम करें। शरीर में कमजोरी या हार्मोनल असंतुलन होने पर अशोक, शतावरी, लोध्र आदि युक्त आयुर्वेदिक दवा दी जाती हैं। चूंकि आप पहले से उपचार ले रही हैं, इसलिए अपना इलाज नियमित रखें। यदि बार-बार जल्दी पीरियड्स आएं, अत्यधिक कमजोरी हो, या ब्लीडिंग पैटर्न और बदलने लगे तो एक बार हार्मोन प्रोफाइल एवं अल्ट्रासाउंड की जांच कराना भी उचित रहेगा। सही देखभाल से इस अवस्था को अच्छी तरह संतुलित किया जा सकता है।
