अगर पीरियड्स के साथ बच्चेदानी में सूजन, ज्यादा सफेद पानी, दर्द और पीरियड्स अनियमित हैं, तो आयुर्वेद अनुसार यह शरीर में पित्त-कफ दोष बढ़ने और कमजोरी/इन्फेक्शन की ओर संकेत कर सकता है। सही खान-पान और कुछ घरेलू उपाय आराम देने में मदद कर सकते हैं। कौन-सा जूस लें अनार जूस 1 गिलास सुबह कमजोरी, चक्कर और खून की कमी में लाभकारी। गाजर + चुकंदर जूस ½ गाजर + ½ चुकंदर मिलाकर सप्ताह में 3–4 दिन शरीर को ताकत देता है और पीरियड्स के बाद कमजोरी कम करता है। आंवला जूस 20 ml आंवला जूस + 1 कप पानी सुबह खाली पेट सफेद पानी और सूजन में लाभकारी। नारियल पानी दिन में 1 बार शरीर की गर्मी और जलन कम करता है। आयुर्वेदिक घरेलू उपाय 1 चम्मच धनिया बीज रात में पानी में भिगोकर सुबह उसका पानी पिएं। मेथी दाना पानी सूजन और दर्द में आराम दे सकता है। हल्दी वाला गुनगुना दूध रात में लें। ज्यादा मीठा, फास्ट फूड, ठंडी चीजें और कोल्ड ड्रिंक बंद करें। क्या न करें पीरियड्स में बहुत ज्यादा ठंडी चीजें, आइसक्रीम, पैकेट जूस न लें। देर रात जागना और तनाव कम करें। सफाई का ध्यान रखें और बहुत ज्यादा केमिकल वाले वॉश का उपयोग न करें।
