Diet

अनार जूस
1 गिलास सुबह

गाजर + चुकंदर जूस
½ गाजर + ½ चुकंदर मिलाकर
सप्ताह में 3–4 दिन
शरीर को ताकत देता है और पीरियड्स के बाद कमजोरी कम करता है।
आंवला जूस
20 ml आंवला जूस + 1 कप पानी
सुबह खाली पेट
सफेद पानी और सूजन में लाभकारी।
नारियल पानी
दिन में 1 बार
शरीर की गर्मी और जलन कम करता है।
आयुर्वेदिक घरेलू उपाय
1 चम्मच धनिया बीज रात में पानी में भिगोकर सुबह उसका पानी पिएं।
मेथी दाना पानी सूजन और दर्द में आराम दे सकता है।
हल्दी वाला गुनगुना दूध रात में लें।
ज्यादा मीठा, फास्ट फूड, ठंडी चीजें और कोल्ड ड्रिंक बंद करें।
क्या न करें
पीरियड्स में बहुत ज्यादा ठंडी चीजें, आइसक्रीम, पैकेट जूस न लें।
देर रात जागना और तनाव कम करें।

Aapne kisi specific juice ka naam nahi likha hai, lekin aisi sthiti mein thandi taseer aur poshan dene wale drinks faydemand hote hain. Niche diye gaye sujhaav aapko rahat de sakte hain:
Kaunsa Juice Ya Drink Lena Chahiye?
-Aloe Vera Juice: Yeh sujan (inflammation) kam karne mein sabse asardaar hai. Subah khaali pet 15-20ml gungune paani ke saath lein.
-Anar (Pomegranate) Juice: Yeh khoon ki kami door karta hai aur garbh-ashay (uterus) ko taqat deta hai.
-Chawal ka Maand (Rice Water): White discharge ke liye yeh purana Ayurvedic nuskha hai. Chawal ubaalte waqt uska safed paani nikaal kar peene se discharge kam hota hai.
-Ghiya (Bottle Gourd) Juice: Agar pet mein garmi mehsoos hoti hai, toh yeh thandak deta hai.
Ayurvedic Upchar (Sujan aur Discharge Ke Liye)
Aap in Ayurvedic medicines par vichar kar sakti hain (par behtar hoga ki ek baar doctor se checkup karwayein):
-Dashmularishta:  Khana khane ke baad 2 chammach aadhe cup paani mein milakar lein.
-Chandraprabha Vati: (1-1 goli subah-shaam).
-Supari Pak: 1 chammach raat m sote samay garam dudh k sath
Zaroori Baatein (Do’s and Don’ts)
-Sujan ke liye: Raat ko sone se pehle Eranda Taila (Castor Oil) ko halke gungune paani ya doodh ke saath lene se pet saaf hota hai aur uterus ki sujan kam hoti hai.
-Safayi ka dhyan: White discharge infection faila sakta hai, isliye hygiene ka pura dhyan rakhein.
-Parhez (Avoid): Zyada mirch-masala, tala hua khana, aur bahar ka junk food bilkul band kar dein, kyunki yeh sujan ko badhate hain.
-Garam Pani ki Sikai: Periods ke dard aur sujan mein halke gungune paani ki bottle se pet ke nichle hisse ki sikai karein.
